Well when I placed my order, the lady with the foreign accent told me it should be ready in 14-15 mins. I waited abit went by the grocery store and picked up a few things and then made another stop at my job were I had forgotten my keys. I drive to Papa John's and park. Walk in and give the girl my name, she said it'll be 10-15 minutes it just went in. I ask why I was quoted the wrong time frame. She said they just do that and then stated I'm surprised it's not taking longer. There were 4 other customers waiting on their order in the small lobby. I see the girl on the front who rang me up, answer the phone, ring people and type around on the register. Then she proceeded to handle the flattening dough and she threw it on the pans. She goes to answer the phone again and key something into her register and then proceeded back to dough. Never washing her hands once. To me this just just seems like some serious cross contamination, I know she took cash from me. I work in retail and completely understand being understaffed and overly stressed. But honestly there were at least 3-4 other people preparing and baking the pizzas. I just don't understand not having simple hygiene and washing your hands with the flu and covid being so easily spread. Just my experience, also the most greasy pizza I've ever gotten. Had to literally set the pizza on paper towels to absorb the oil before my family would...
Read moreOrdered a single large pizza online for pick-up. FOR PICK-UP, and was alerted AFTER my order was made that it would be 89-99 minutes before my order would be ready. Are you F'n kidding me? I understand that sometimes it gets busy, but that's ridiculous. Hire more people. Expand to be able to make more pizzas faster. How about alert someone BEFORE they order that it's going to be that length of time. And when I called to ask if that was correct, I was told (after being put on hold) in a very short and cross tone that it was correct. I asked for a cancelation and a refund. Without hesitation, I was told in a snide manner "Fine!". No "I'm sorry about that", no apology, no anything. This Papa Johns used to be a great place to order from. They used to be prompt, friendly, and professional. I guess that's a thing of the past. If it wasn't, I wouldn't be here right now. They're rating on reviews tell the whole story. I wouldn't be here now if I would have even received an apology and some understanding instead of the attitude. It's a shame that businesses have forgotten that without the customer, they don't exist. Businesses now seem to think that we need to be thankful they are here for us to hand over our money to. Ethics are a lost for...
Read moreI hate to report complaints or bad reviews but this place is terrible. I had placed my order through Grubhub. I selected the “pickup” option so I could pick up my own order. I proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my order after the app notified me that my order was ready. When I got to the restaurant, the employee informed me that my order was never made because they don’t bother to make Grubhub orders because they are never picked up. Then the employee said it would be another 20 minutes. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have another 20 minutes to waste. The employees never apologized for the inconvenience or try to make things right. I asked for the store manager or corporate number but I think they gave me a false number. I then asked for a refund. The employee said since it was through Grubhub that she didn’t know if or how it would go back on there. So I finally got ahold of the customer care line, where they informed me that I had to contact Grubhub to get my money back. I won’t be back to this location but I thought I should let people be aware of...
