Buc Deli Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Johnson City

I ordered my food and once I got home the order was wrong. I called and was advised they would replace my entire order. So I go the next day to get my replacement order only to find out the lady said that she didn’t mean she would replace everything but only the eggs and the meat. This was NOT what she has said the day before. Anyway I say ok, and I reminded her of what I had ordered the day before, and then I paid for my drinks and drive to the pick up window. After I got my food, I assumed the order was correct so I drove off, as I didn’t want to slow their process down. When I got down the road I checked, and the order was still wrong. Half my eggs on both orders were missing. Ugh here we go again. So I called them back and advised them of the error yet again, and said I wouldn’t be coming back but wanted them to know that they didn’t replace my order correctly as the assured me they would. The woman responded by saying Ok thank you and hung up on me. She was rude and never took full ownership of their mistakes. She NEVER offered an apology. Well I won’t be going back there. Absolutely the best around!!! Best philly ,hot dog,grilled cheese!!! All of it and how could you forget the Ranch dressing!! Its sooooo Good. Try it if you never have, you will not be sorry!! Recently went back to buc deli and I think the owner was working,after paying for my order I forgot to add a Ranch and ask if he could add one,he said it would be 0.90 cents which is fine but I absolutely never have cash so I gave him my card and he said it would cost him more to run the card,and I said I'm sorry and he ran it anyway,I actually thought he may of said here u go u can just have the whole 4oz ranch!!!! I normally like this place but today was different. The lady taking my order was really sweet, however when I pulled around to the next window, the next lady was rude and rather sarcastic. I was trying to ask for sauce (that I had originally asked for at the first window but didnt get,) she scoffed and told me I had to pay for it, the charge wasnt the issue but her attitude was, so I said nevermind. She smiled sarcastically and said "yeah I figured" and closed the window. Onto the food, it was ok. Fries were overcooked and cold, burger was fine though. I also ordered the chocolate croissant bc it was new and when i opened it, it was black. Like burnt black, not chocolate black. Couldnt even get to enjoy it.
