Arby's — Restaurant in Johnson Creek

First of all, there were only 2 people in the lobby and they had already been served. I couldn't figure out why after placing my order it took so long to get my food. One manager on duty, one cook and one cashier. No customers in line except myself, after waiting almost 10 minutes I get my food, my garlic butter steak sandwich was COLD and it had bacon on it. The menu says garlic butter STEAK sandwich and steak & bacon melt sandwich . I ordered the garlic butter because it didn't say bacon because I prefer No Pork. After waiting so long I said never mind when the cashier asked if I wanted them to prepare a different sandwich because I didn't have any more time to wait to eat before getting back on the road so I ate the COLD SANDWICH WITH BACON I didn't want on sandwich. Also didn't understand why I saw the cook as well as the manager on duty tossing sandwiches on the sandwich bin like they were softballs or something. Very weird for an un busy...

The place was filthy - garbages were overflowing, floors were dirty, and EVERY table had food remnants. The restaurant was nearly empty. My husband told the manager, who said snappy, "Okay." When our order came, my sandwich was wrong, so I took it to the counter and explained it was the wrong sandwich, and the manager(?) said, "We can't take it back," leaving me holding the sandwich. I asked how to get my correct one, and she told me quite rudely that it was coming. I said that she hadn't told me that and she shrugged her shoulders. When she brought my new sandwich, she just tossed it on the table. Sandwiches were good, but the curly fries were overdone and in little pieces. Sadly, we won't ever return to...

Even though the dinning room was closed we used the drive thru and ate at the outdoor tables. The employees were friendly and got our order correct. The food was all hot and delicious! The employees who were working were extremely busy as there was a constant stream of vehicles coming in! Would be nice to have a sign warning you the dinning room was closed before you parked and got to the door. We stopped at least a dozen vehicles from having to walk to the door to find a sign taped to the glass. There were a few elderly people as well as families with young kids in car seats who were bummed that they couldn't eat inside but thanked us for letting them know before they got their kids...
