UPDATE: Apparently I cannot leave a second review so I will just update my review from two and a half years ago. Back in town to visit my daughter and this will ALWAYS be my go-to coffee shop when in the Fayetteville area. I stopped in on Tuesday (12/12)...ordered a quiche and a black Guatemala. The quiche tasted great...the coffee even better. I inquired about the coffee singles because I live in an RV. While I did not get her name (won't forget her face), the manager (I assume) working that day went out of her way to personally make me a dozen packs. She asked me my preferences and then put together a selection. You just don't find customer service like that anywhere. Even if my daughter didn't live in Fayetteville with two granddaughters, I would still come to visit Confident Coffee.
OLD REVIEW: How did I not leave a review?!? I was there two months ago while in town for my daughter's wedding. Had a cup of coffee, black, that was very good. But Amber went above and beyond to custom make some single serve packs for me to take in our RV. I only wish I could order the packs and have them shipped.

Read moreI have been coming here for years, but the last 6ish months have been... Not good. Used to be my favorite place, but the customer service has totally tanked. I like getting my beans here, but they also don't know how to make specialty drinks(my daughter's drinks of choice) like they used to. It's very unfortunate. I used to come to this place 4-5 times a week. I'll probably still come by for the beans, but I'm good outside of that.
I couldn't figure how to reply to Amber, so here's my reply. It wasn't a just an issue on this one order. This visit was just the one that kind of had me wanting to change my review. It's mainly a customer service thing. You used to have baristas that were super nice and welcoming any time I went in. Now it's kind of 50/50. You get some that do try to be nice and welcoming. Then you get some that seem really stressed out and they give off the vibe that you're kind of a nuisance for them. That's always going to stick out more than the nice visits. I do hope things get better at this location and like I said, I'll still purchase my beans...
Read moreThe coffee and people are great, but to reiterate a review from a few weeks ago, the drive thru situation is unacceptable. I've wasted more time and driven away without coffee more times than I've received coffee. I keep trying every few weeks thinking maybe they've resolved it but this has happened consistently month after month and I'm sorry but I give up. I'd rather the drive thru not exist and know I need to go in than be given the false promise of drive thru service.
Today's experience was particularly egregious as after about 5 minutes I saw someone walk by inside that I know saw me, but a couple more minutes went by without even acknowledgement or an estimate when they could get to me.
My review is not about the coffee here, that's great. But this business has effectively disrespected my time too often and resulted in me being either late to work or getting in on time with no coffee. If you can't get a good drive through system that works, just...
