I endured pain in my knee and lower back for 6 years. Arthroscopic surgery finally took care of structural problems. But the pain persisted. After consulting my doctors it dawned on me that the source of my pain was in the ligaments and tendons – the sinews – which were shortened and weakened by six years of hobbling on a busted knee.

I was in Springdale for a week due to work and decided to drop-in to 2 Yoga Gypsy classes. I did both the Power Flow and Revival Flow classes. Both were good, the Power was more difficult as to be expected. I was surprised that the instructors did not do the yoga with you. My only complaint is that it was advertised online that a discount would be given to students for $12, but due to COVID I was forced to register online and pay the $15. When I asked about being refunded in person I was rejected. This was simply false advertising and poor customer service...
