I understand that they are most likely understaffed, but customer service is still free. I did an online order and chose to pick up in store. When I got there I tried to open the doors, but they were all locked. I then proceed to the drive threw where I waited for 10 minutes at the speaker without even a hello. When someone finally came on, I told them I had an online order and they told me to drive to the window. After 15 more minutes of waiting, they finally brought out our meal. Not trusting the service thus far, I checked our items in the parking lot since we had a rather big order. Luckily I did because we had two meals missing from our order. So around to the drive threw we went again, where we waited again for someone to acknowledge us. We told them what was missing and drove around to the window. Once at the window they asked again what was missing. 5 minutes later they came back to the window to tell us that they were out of meat and it wouldnât be ready for 28 minutes. No options were offered to us beside wait for 28 minutes or substitute our order with something else. With 4 crabby children in the car we opted for substitutions just to get out of there. Weâre not big on fast food, but havenât had Taco Bell since before Covid so we were excited to go, but never again. It was expensive for a warm mediocre at best meal. Highly...
Read moreWent tonight at 12:30 after a long long day of work. I haven't been in a bit so I was reviewing over menu, while reviewing the menu I was asked if I needed to come in. I didn't feel like I was taking a long time. All I said was give me just a second I am looking over the menu. I found a deal that I wanted and asked for my taco to be regular crunchy instead of Doritos style. I was then asked if the screen was okay. She never said it was okay so I asked again about the change out. All She said is the screen okay. I said okay and then asked her if she had sprite type of beverage and she didn't turn off her speaker and I heard her complaining to the customer she had at window about me. This lady doesn't know what she wants. I again asked do they have a sprite type of pop for my beverage and she said is the screen okay. I was like wth lady listen to me and knock off the attitude. I pulled up and she didn't open the window so i drove off. I think this was the worst customer experience I ever had at this location. I can see if they had a long line but they didn't. I can see if I didn't ask a question and never got a answer except if the screen okay. Please train your late night shift on being more friendly to customers. For the lady with long black hair will scare...
Read moreI came to taco bell around 12 a.m., as many people do with the limited food options. I normally choose to go to the Shorewood location but decided to come to this one as it's located right off the highway. I was the only person in the drive thru being served. They forgot a LG Baja blast freeze, nacho cheese for my nacho fries, and added onions when I specifically prompted for none on a bean burrito (also forgot to add sour cream). The staff was nice and when they were out of Pepsi they offered to get me a different drink. However, I said nicely that I also was missing a Baja blast freeze and nacho cheese for my fries. The lady said she'd get it for me, but then handed me a Baja blast drink, not the freeze and was not given a cheese cup. She said to have a nice night but I didn't feel like trying to reiterate what I was missing a second time. I've worked customer service, and I understand things can sometimes be out of our control, like running out of something, but if I forgot something from a customers order I would make sure I 100% grabbed what I had forgotten. I also find it was a lot easier to not mess up orders when there was only one person I...
