If you go in there during the day service is great! All smiles, fast and friendly! If you go in there at night when Hersha ( I guess the son) service is absolutely horrible! I was on the phone with a family member trying to figure out what they want because even though the coupon says they offer those sandwiches I guess they don't 🙄 and he was talking over me so the person on the phone could hear him. Then he told an employee not to ask the customers any questions! Extremely rude and loud! When I told him I was going to leave a goggle review he said he would comment I was lying... Twice now I've gotten there 20 minutes before close and they have the gates shut so you can't get in and the the guy at the registers is standing there like he's waiting to take orders. And the one time I slipped in while the gate wasn't 100 percent shut the girl tries to tell me they are closed. Order subway from door dash. I asked for lettuce and veggies and some extra veggies. It looks like the count the lettuce and spinach because it didn’t looked like it had any in the sandwich. The bread was so soggy and I went to the store so they could remake it
