This is an initial review…due to the fact that I went on a Sunday morning and they are just getting started. Honest review- I placed a mobile order to pick up through the DT because my husband had a nasty cold and I am not about spreading germs. Once I arrived the line was pretty long and stayed that way over 45 mins. I waited 45 mins to get to the window because at that point I was blocked in. Once I made it the window my coffee was cold and the refresher that I order came in a hot coffee cup. I was informed that they ran out of cold cups (Being so busy and new I understand). I asked the young lady at the window can I please have a new cup of coffee. After my wait…the one she handed to me was cold. She said sure and came back with the same coffee a tad warmer. Read moreI'm super glad I didn't give my initial review. My 1st visit was horrible. I ordered online. The wait was at least 45 mins. My cold drink was served in a hot drink cup and when I mentioned it, the girl at the window was rude. (It felt as if they weren't prepared for the amount of traffic the restaurant would draw) The 2nd time I decided to go inside. I found out no one knew how to make one of Dunkins signature lattes and this Dunkins doesn't have the avocado toast on the menu. Now that they have had time to work out the kinks it's a great place to grab something to eat and your favorite coffee. I recommend the bagel minis. I do get the iced turtle latte, but I order it by telling them how many shots of what go in it (it's not on the actual menu). The employees are super friendly and the service has definitely improved. If you went during the grand opening and had a bad experience, I recommend giving them another shot....
Read moreOrdered on the app, got some breakfast sammies, a normal blueberry donut, and the recent specialty donut. When I arrived they gave me my food with no specialty donut, no comments. I checked and returned to ask for my paid for donut and they acted all confused and then another person comes to tell me the reason they didn’t give it to me is because they didn’t have it. So they just expected me to pay and not get the food I paid for or offer any replacement food. Apparently the app does not keep stock at all so good luck getting the food you pay for here. There was no manager to give a refund. So I just got some replacement donuts but I find it very unprofessional and extremely rude they expected me to not notice I paid for something I did not get.
