Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Visited this dessert shop to pick up a few cakes. I personally do not like it, like most cake places as I do not prefer icing, but others love it. They have a rotating menu and some that are consistently available. It was not too crowded and relatively easy and quick to get in and out of after ordering. The cakes are rather expensive, at $5 for an individual one but for a small, personal dessert for that price may seem reasonable for some. They can do birthday cakes and decorations too. I ordered a birthday cake p/u today. I love your cakes have had them many years before. The customer service was not the best. I have card to punch on getting free one and forgot. I had go back to get it punched. It would have been nice if the customer service person had told me. When I went back different girl acted like I was lying but, punch the card. My mom got me the variety bundtinis for my birthday in October and they were fabulous. I've also been able to try a variety of flavors at work. I placed my own order for Oreo bundtinis this week. When I got home they were red velvet, not Oreo. I called the store and was very impressed with the customer service. I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose to come by the next day to get the replacement and again the staff was great. I didn't get any push back or questions. I look forward to...
