Smoothie King — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I've had two terrible experiences here so I won't be going back. The first time I went, I asked the person taking my order what they suggested I get because I've never been. They made some suggestions and I picked flavors, I got to the window and they asked me what I had ordered. I did my best to remember... They charged me for someone else's smoothie. They were seriously unorganized and I wound up asking for a refund. The second time, I spent ten dollars on a 32 oz cup of chalk. I was on my lunch and in a rush, popped in to get a quick smoothie. Yeah they also are very poor when it comes to customer service or they shut down the lights and I was in the line for five minutes till the closing time and I sit there until five minutes after and one for seven minutes after rolling around they shut out the lights and told everybody that was in the line that they need to go and you know I told him I was here and they said that they didn’t care that I was here it was time for me to leave or they were going to call the law Yeah I expect something to be done about this or I will have an organize protest...

I come here alot. So much so that many of the workers know my name and 1 of them knows my usual order. They've all been pretty friendly. They have a wide selection of smoothies. My favorite is Banana Boat with Peanut Butter. My wife and kids also love this place. There are times when they choose it over Andy's.
