Nice ice cream shop in downtown Jonesboro where you can stop for dessert after eating at one of the many restaurants in the same area. They serve Blue Bell ice cream and they serve it by the scoop in a dish or cone or in traditional ice cream dishes like splits and floats. They also have drinks available. Not a bad stop for something sweet if you're downtown.

We had an incredible time at Scoops! The ice cream portions were impressively generous, and the friendly staff made our visit memorable. The woman who served us not only shared in our excitement about our visit, but she also went above and beyond to snap a photo of us to capture the moment!

Scoops is a new ice cream shop in Jonesboro and is awesome! I love the variety of flavors and the huge “scoops” placed on the cones or in the cups not to mention all of the toppings offered. Banana Pudding is my favorite with salted caramel a close second! See you at Scoops!!!

Stopped by yesterday (6/16/25) and the guy working in there actually surprised me considering the times! He was quick to greet us, had a friendly demeanor, filled our order quickly, and really just demonstrated how customer service should be done! Prices were really good, and the service was wonderful. The selection is a bit limited given the space they're working in, but every flavor looked great.
