K-Sweetz Boba & Bakery — Restaurant in Riverdale

I recently had the pleasure of ordering at K-Sweetz, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I decided to order a classic burger and fries paired with a refreshing Thai tea, and let me tell you, it was a culinary delight that surpassed all my expectations.

The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the fries were crispy and seasoned just right. The Thai tea was a delightful accompaniment, perfectly balancing the savory flavors of the meal. I would rate my meal a solid 10 out of 10 - absolutely amazing in every aspect.

What truly stood out to me, apart from the fantastic food, was the outstanding service provided by the staff at K-Sweetz. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They make sure I didn't need anything else, further enhancing the outstanding service.

Moreover, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the establishment was. The immaculate cleanliness of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant dining atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my meal.

In conclusion, my visit to K-Sweetz was an absolute delight. Delicious food, refreshing drink, top-notch service, and a clean environment combined to create a memorable dining experience. I was thrilled to see this brand-new business open so close to my house! I hurried over as soon as I got the chance…Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience whatsoever.

The business was very quiet and empty, but still somehow the employee did not hear me walk in and I was waiting there for about two or three minutes while she was scrolling on her phone…

I started filming and snapping pictures of the entire area since I wanted to show my closest friend as well (I had been suggesting to her that we give it a go next time we have all the kids Rodger)

The employee eventually heard me after some time, and she quickly came over to take my order. Very kind and friendly lady she also felt awful for not noticing that I had been I had been standing there for a few minutes.

I told her all was OK and that what I only wanted was a semi-sweet Thai tea with Boba. Which she quickly got to working on 🥰

The first thing I noticed was that the cup was less than half full (that was also including the boba 🧋 in it) before the ice was added then prior to sealing it off she added a drizzle of evaporated milk to the remaining space.

I got a lot of ice, the tea itself was really tasty but overly sweet, and the boba pearls were poorly cooked and hard in the middle. I don't believe I'll be going back.

I'm happy I had the opportunity to test it out before dragging all the kids there and wasting a lot of money and time.

Ordered a strawberry milk tea and a cookies and cream milk tea and an order of waffle fries. First red flag 🚩 it’s a bakery without baked goods, they do however have fried rice burgers and such. Next red flag 🚩 the boba that is pictured in the milk teas is extra, so is strawberries for the milk tea. Next red flag 🚩 waited 10 minutes for fries then a cook appeared to say it’ll be another 5-7 minutes. (The place was completely dead). Mainly I wouldn’t recommend this place because customer service is trash, the selection is trash and they charge extra for everything, so if she needs to ask if you want something know that’s and additional charge without your clear consent. The economy is bad, but robbing your customers is beyond sad. Also the way the Asian lady called the Caucasian cook a boy, was very racist and...
