I would give a minus 5 if I could. Poorly ran, with women standing around calling themselves "managers". The general manager stays in the office during lunch rush and is never seen upfront getting her hands dirty. The shift leads they have working there are crude with nasty jokes and comments making it a completely toxic work environment. The owner has let this pack of wolves run a very unprofessional business. The sad part is that he is unaware about how his employees treat other staff members and customers. It's like watching a bunch of Stepford Wives when you are in there. Robotic with a lackluster personality, and the other chick loves showing downright dirty jokes to everyone on her phone as if we all share the same nasty sense of humor that she does. I ordered online or pies for my Thanksgiving dinner, to be picked up between 3:00 and 3:30. I arrived at 3:20 and was told that one of the pies was not available because it was first come first serve even though I had paid online this morning. Then they told me they could give me cash refund for the one they didn't have or I could choose another one which feels like a bait and switch. So when I said just cancel them both and give me the cash she said no ma'am I voided it it'll be back on your account in 3 to 5 business days. How is this okay I'm not even so upset about them being out of the pie but why do I have to wait 3 to 5 business days which means well into next week for the money that I never actually received the product for it to be refunded to me terrible...

Ordered our meal here for Thanksgiving. Thankfully we prepaid because the line was out the door when we arrived 11/27. All the workers appeared highly pissed and none of them were “inviting” but maybe it was because of the rush. Cooked everything and it was decent! You have to put your own twist on the dressing or else you’re cooking croutons. The turkey was so juicy and flavorful. The mashed potatoes taste like they were thawed then put back in the freezer.
