Crumbl — Restaurant in Joplin

Cookies are amazing. However my first visit I ordered cookies online and it said to check in when I was there and they would be ready. I ordered them at 5 pm and I got there and checked in around 530 and I was number 4 in line. I didn’t get the cookies until 6:17. I stood there waiting and waiting. Employees were standing around talking. The place was SWAMPED. SO many people in line, people waiting outside for their food. People waiting inside the lobby for their order. I totally understand waiting because you’re busy. However the employees standing around and goofing off with the other coworkers. Unacceptable.

Tonight I went in and stood at the counter waiting to order. I was paying cash. Two girls ( one had a training name tag on) were standing there talking. Another girl was working so hard getting orders out and after about 5-8 mins of no acknowledgment. I pulled out my cash and kinda waved it at them. They said “ oh are you Needing help”

She got my order and while wearing her gloves she handled my cash and went right back to making boxes. Did not change gloves or wash hands. Please coach your staff on proper cash and food handling. Yes it was paper boxes but people’s ready to eat cookies are going in there and it’s still a cross...

This place gets 2 starts because the cookies were amazingly delicious! However the customer was service was terrible. I chose curbside pickup and while waiting outside I got an alert that said thank you for picking up your order please let us know how it was. So I waited a couple minutes and wasn’t sure what happened so I went inside and all I got was stares, no hi welcome in, nothing. I waited and an older lady was telling this younger guy how to take an order outside and I said I think that’s mine I came in because it said I had already picked it up, she cut me off while I was talking and with a hateful tone said yeah we have to put it in the system when pick up orders are getting picked up, she didn’t care why I was there she was annoyed at my presence. I even said thank you after getting my box and nobody said a word, just stared at me. I drove in from an hour away and I will never do that again or order from here again. I don’t recommend this location. Another reason why I HATE tipping before I’m served! This location didn’t deserve my tip...

So, we had a coupon for a free cookie. My wife and I walked in, asked to use the coupon for the free cookie, and we also wanted to purchase another cookie. The girl at the register asked another girl, and was advised that someone in a position of management told them that they can't use the 4-count boxes. They didn't seem to have any smaller boxes? So, I tried to tell the cashier that it was no big deal, literally just toss two cookies on a paper towel and we're good lol. She was still hesitant as to what to do. She was hung up on this "box" situation, which was being blown way out of proportion by this other worker, who just kept saying the same thing over and over again about the 4-count box. People, c'mon. We finally ended up just walking out because it was holding up other customers. We left feeling very...
