Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Joplin

I absolutely love dutch bros, I've never had a problem with them. However this specific location does need some work. I put in an order at 8:07 for pick-up ahead of time. I arrived at 8:13 and was told that my order was just being started. Again not a big problem, however two more people showed up about 5 and 10 minutes later, both of them were told that their pickup order was just being started as well. I waited until 8:40 to receive my order and watched as the two who showed up after me got their orders which each had 3 or more drinks. Mine only had 2 and it took almost 40 minutes. People order ahead because we have to get to work, things to do, etc. if your going to offer the service, DONT wait until we get there to order it and DONT prioritize the orders willy nilly. This place was fantastic! The coffee and the staff were great! The staff were quick and efficient getting my order in! I got a golden eagle and since that was considered a “Dutch faves” on their menu, I thought I’d try it and it did not disappoint! I was super impressed with the size of drink I got for the cost. This place was quicker and nicer than most Starbucks’ or other chain coffee places. When I pulled up to the window for my coffee, the man was very kind and engaging with me and other customers! I loved this place! The coffee was fantastic and the service was great! The staff was super helpful, fast and kind. My wife got a breve and I got a protein latte and let’s just say this place is dangerously close to Colaw fitness so those protein lattes might take a big hit on my bank account, but the prices were actually very fair and much better than comparable places such as 7brew, Starbucks or scooters.
