Absolute worst service i have ever received. Made a mobile order for a Cheez-it crunchwrap and had to have someone pick it up for me as i am at work and cannot leave. When i got my order it was a normal crunchwrap so i called the store to ask for it to be remade later today once i was off. They proceeded to tell me i had to bring the messed up crunchwrap to the store several hours later in order for it to be re-made, i then told them i could not do that because i was going to eat it because i had not ate lunch and that was the only thing had to be able to eat. Extremely rude lady then hung up on me. when i called back they hung up on me again. When i called back the third time i spoke to who i assume was a manager who told me it was company policy that they could not remake it without the messed up order back which is complete BS as i was told by another location here in town. I also told them i had my receipt and time stamped photo of the item they messed up, they lady then proceeded to mock me and hangup. 2 hours later and i still have not ate lunch and have no way to get my order re-made. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. As someone who works in customer service this is the most blatantly rude encounter i have ever had. Also got the district managers phone number and will be filling a proper complaint.

Mind you this is my first experience at this particular Taco Bell….just moved here and wanted to try the new garlic steak fries and used my reward for a beef chalupa and it had a long black curly hair in it. As you can see my hair is not like that and the package had it in there. I only took three stars off because luckily I was still in the parking lot and they made it right for me and seemed applogetic. The fries were all very soggy and the tomato/onion taste sour like it was old. Also isn’t the chalupa suppose to be fried or atleast warm?? It was cold…Yall please just make your employees wear hair nets and actually give a rip because that’s just unacceptable.

Came thru at around 1230am. Ordered 1 crunchy taco meat cheese sour cream, 1 mild sauce 1 hot sauce. Simple order, no cars in line. At the window made sure to ask if my sauces were in bag and was assured they were. When I left there was only 1 hot sauce. I realize this was a simple mistake but when I called the store and asked for a manager to inform he Was very off putting saying multiple times that I wanted a replacement for a mild sauce. I kept telling him I didnt want any free food or a replacement, that I just wanted to inform him that customer service was as important at closing time as it was throughout the day, and he continued to be offputting and demean me. It was very rude and I told him I would be sure to tell his gm and when I did he was like that's fine you can call him on tuesday. When I asked for his name even just his first he refused to give it. I've worked several fast food and restaurant businesses and you can at least give out your first name especially if you know you are in the right. He was not and he knew it. I highly do not recommend going to this place after hours if you are looking for any kind of customer service. Unfortunately its now the only place open in my neighborhood that late since hardee's closed earlier. At least hardees made your food fresh to order after hours!!!! And customer service was always great. I realize everybody is desperate for help these days, but if this is what the world is coming to...well help us all ...cuz this is just...

There was a night crew 2 weekend ago that really turned me into a Karen! We placed our order and was asked what sauces we wanted. We told her. Moved forward got our order. We drove off. Got home in under 5 min. The food i got was made with shells that were cold and hard. My husband's food had the meat on one side barely there. They didn't give us one of the sauces we asked for. So, I called. Got met on the phone with rudeness and said she was only fixing one order. Got to the store in under 5 min. So, a total of 15 min approximately spent away from the drive through. Once we got there the rudeness continues by the scroungy looking guy at the window. I ask for my receipt I forgot earlier. He ignored me. I asked for his name and he told me he don't need to tell me anything and I needed to go on since I had my food. I waited. The manager came up to the window and threatened to call the cops on me because I was testosterone and needed to leave. I repeated 8 times to the both i just wanted my verification of purchase. I was told there is absolutely no way she could get it. And grabbed the phone after a 5 min dispute of wanting my proof, then her name. We drove around to the front to wait on the police and sat for an hour. This store really needs to get a better crew that appreciated their customers. Fixing an order and looking up a reciept isn't a hard task. This was our home store to go to. We literally live 8...

Recently placed an order for delivery. Doordash did well. They were prompt, didn't waste anytime getting our food to us, and they were friendly. Our issue was the food quality and missing items. Wouldn't complain, except this has been a routine issue with both this location and the location on Main Street. My wife decided to try the chicken strips. When they arrived, they were brown, rubbery, and tiny. Fortunately doordash was willing to reimburse us for that item. But I had also ordered a beefy 5 layer, which was cold upon arrival. And before any blame can be placed on the delivery service, the shredded cheese inside the burrito wasn't even melted, which means the burrito was never hot. Doordash did not reimburse us for this. And in addition, I had ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla combo which comes with the cantina chicken quesadilla, a taco, and a drink. The taco was missing entirely. And Doordash required pics, but we cannot take a picture of something we never received. So we did not receive reimbursement for an item we never received. Again, I wouldn't make a post, but this has been a repeat issue, and I wanted to make sure people were aware of the issues the local Taco Bells have. In the past, the Range Line location was the best one, but they've had a steady decline in the last year or two. At this point, if you want Taco Bell, I'd recommend the location in Webb City over any...
