Queen's Bee Coffee & Creperie — Restaurant in Joplin

We really wanted to eat here because it seemed great, but the people working here were definitely not great (woman with orange highlights and chef with long brunette hair tied back in a pony tail with glasses on). My husband and I parked a 26 foot U-Haul truck in the docking lot TEMPORARILY. He went inside and nicely asked if we could park there, and the cashier immediately got offended and spoke so rudely to him. He’s the friendliest guy and he continued to be nice about it. We tried to order food to go, and the chef had attitude with us as well. There was no reason to be rude or have attitude. We would have been more than happy to have parked somewhere else. If they had a big truck parked there before “all day” (as the chef claimed), then they could have nicely told us that it’s not allowed and we need to park somewhere else. No need to be rude and...

We had two sweet crepes delivered. They tasted ok, but they were overfilled with artificial fillings. We had the strawberry shortcake and s’mores. There were not many strawberries and sooo much of the artificial strawberry glaze. The s’mores had too much of the marshmallow fluff and no authentic chocolate, just chocolate syrup. And they used cool whip instead of whipped cream. My German chocolate latte was delicious! I highly recommend the coffee. Finally tried this place and I was very impressed! The crepes are the star of the show, but people looking for healthy options will find plenty of them here.
