Starbucks — Restaurant in Joplin

If i am going to pay $8 for a coffee then I would like it made the way I pay for it. They substituted 2% for heavy cream which was extra$ but still charged me for it and I guess thought I wasn't going to notice. I called the store to let them know and the man working there told me they would make sure to get it right next time. So I guess I just wasted $8 today because this coffee tastes terrible and I will never return to Starbucks again. I've been going pretty consistently for about 6 months now and the amount of times I've been served my drink by someone under the influence is completely unacceptable. There's multiple employees who are obviously high on weed. Today when I got my caramel crunch and vanilla bean frappe for my daughter I smelled alcohol coming from the barista. That's my breaking point. Never returning. You were drinking when you made a drink for my DAUGHTER? If you can't keep your employees sober on the floor don't expect to keep customers...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service Alert! Today's visit to Starbucks was nothing short of delightful, all thanks to two amazing baristas (Caleb & Kenzi) manning the drive-thru. Their warm smiles and genuine appreciation for a simple nicety made my ENTIRE day! The coffee was fantastic as usual, but the stellar service from these barista superstars truly set the tone for what customer experience should look like.
