If i am going to pay $8 for a coffee then I would like it made the way I pay for it. They substituted 2% for heavy cream which was extra$ but still charged me for it and I guess thought I wasn't going to notice. I called the store to let them know and the man working there told me they would make sure to get it right next time. There's multiple employees who are obviously high on weed. Today when I got my caramel crunch and vanilla bean frappe for my daughter I smelled alcohol coming from the barista. Their warm smiles and genuine appreciation for a simple nicety made my ENTIRE day!
