Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Junction City

I normally don't go to this Little Caesars and won't be going again. I ordered a pizza to be picked up a few weeks ago and they got the order wrong. I complained and the owner of the restaurant gave me a call and told me that he would replace my wrong order with 2 new pizzas. Fair enough. That's good customer service. When I tried to get my first one last week, they didn't know anything about it. I had to call the owner back and he gave the store a call. Fair enough, maybe it was a miscommunication. I tried to get my second pizza tonight and whoever answered the phone said that I'd already gotten my free pizza and I wasn't going to get another one. I told her that if she has a problem with it, I can give the owner down in Oklahoma I call again and he will give her a call. She reluctantly had the pizza made, I'm hoping she didn't spit on it. Either way she was pretty rude to me. I don't normally eat cheap pizza, but I kind of regret giving it a chance a month ago. I don't often eat pizza, but I'll stick with cheezies...

Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any establishment. I’ve ordered here previously and had minor issues, but on a slow Monday night I waited over an hour for one pizza and breadsticks. They initially told me it would be 30 minutes, but after 35 minutes I checked the status and they hadn’t cooked it yet… they told me it would be next in line and I’d get it back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and I was so mad, that I left for 20 minutes and came back… All this said and it wasn’t as good as a market side pizza from Walmart for $10 with no wait… I asked to speak to a manager which I never do and I politely asked for them to explain to me what happened and they gave me a few excuses. I told them I would greatly appreciate if they threw in some free food because it was a horrible experience. They gave me a NOT so hot and ready pizza and some pretty good tasting Crazy Puffs. Save your time and money to go somewhere worth the wait....

The most pathetic looking Supreme Pizza I have ever seen. It barely had any toppings on it and especially no green pepper or onion. Then when we called to complain that we didn't get what we ordered we get told that's how it's supposed to be. If the manager and whoever made it think this is how a supreme pizza is supposed to look then they obviously don't know what the hell they are doing. Place used to be decent, but I guess not anymore. Worst pizza I have ever gotten.

Edit: Decided to give another chance. Seems to be really hit or miss with more on the miss side. There is no consistency. Either the pizza is okay with decent toppings or you get a pizza that was undercooked and still doughy. Doesn't seem like the training is very good if you are taking a huge gamble on getting a decent pizza or not. With such inconsistency the one star is gonna stay because there shouldn't be. Training...
