If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is THE WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Each time I’ve gone, they did not have enough product to complete an order. My order is pretty simple, an iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese on the side, but they are always out of everything. I asked for extra creme cheese he said he only had one pack left. I asked again once getting my food (after 45 mins total standing in line), and he gave me cream cheese out of the one he was using but it was pinkish orange color, (spoiled creme cheese). Clearly terrible management. When I walked in, there was only one guy working (taking orders and making the orders all by himself). I was being extremely patient but after being in line 25+ mins with only one guy working, the entire line of people behind me had their patience running thin and began getting upset and frustrated. Finally, after I placed my order another guy comes in the front door and walks behind the counter to work. Not sure where he disappeared to for so long but it would’ve been nice to see him wash his hands when he walked in the door from God only knows where after being gone 30+ mins.
I finally get my food, which was a stale bagel, the worst iced coffee I’ve ever tasted (literally it tasted like metal) and some clearly out of date creme cheese. I learned my lesson trying to give this location numerous chances, and I know now, NEVER AGAIN. I left there, threw my food and drink away and went to the Dunkin’ on Donald Ross, where they delivered fresh food and a drink that didn’t taste like metal. Did I mention, they didn’t even have the AC on in the store, and everyone in line was complaining because we were all sweating just standing there in line with no help. You’re in South Florida, at the hottest time of the year and don’t even turn the AC on???
This place needs to be looked at by cooperate, because there’s a lot of awkward things going on and the worst service and management I’ve ever seen. SHUT THIS ONE DOWN, OR GET HELP THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR BRAND AND BUSINESS. Avoid this store at ALL cost. It’s not worth wasting your...
Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts is run and operated by the most unprofessional group of degenerates in the history of degenerates. Yesterday, Father’s Day, they had a poor 70+ year old man trying to keep up with sandwich orders all by himself. After receiving my drinks another 15 minutes past before I asked to just get a refund on the breakfast sandwiches my 10 yr old son and I ordered. The person at the register couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund so I told him that if the sandwiches were done before he figured out the refund then I would just take the sandwiches and not the refund. He took offense to this and pulled the “race card” then told me I wasn’t getting anything from him. He clearly heard me say I just want my money back but said “black people are what?”, to justify his attitude. The assistant manager, also black, then said that I must be broke to be at DD on Fathers Day. I left and had to return back with the police to get my money. The store was closed when I arrived with the police as they had gotten so behind on orders and had no product available for new customers. The complete change in the assistant managers attitude when I return with a cop was impressive, I’ll give her that. But if this was my store or if it’s corporate owned, I’d fire that entire staff for the yelling and claiming of nonexistent racial comments to justify their extremely bad and shocking behavior. Yelling out that someone must be broke to be purchasing from my store would be all I needed to hear before issuing an immediate dismissal. Avoid this location as many people I’ve spoken to...
Read moream writing to express my repeated dissatisfaction with the Dunkin’ Donuts store located at this location, which unfortunately falls below the standards expected of such an establishment. Despite multiple visits, the service has consistently been subpar, primarily concerning the operational hours and availability of menu items.
This location advertises a closing time of 7:00 PM; however, I have observed that they begin shutting down operations as early as 6:15 PM. Most notably, the oven is often turned off early, eliminating the option to purchase hot food items well before closing time. The staff has informed me that this is per management’s instructions.
To draw a parallel, this is akin to a bank keeping its doors open but refusing deposits because the vault is prematurely closed. Such a practice is not only inconvenient but misleading and unacceptable. The purpose of business hours is to serve customers during those times, and every service advertised should be available while the doors are open.
I have previously raised this issue with the district manager, who assured me that such practices were not standard and would be addressed. Unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged, suggesting a lack of accountability and corrective action from management.
The recurring nature of these problems and the excuses provided by the staff indicate a deeper issue with management practices at this location. This has considerably tarnished my customer experience, and I find myself hesitant to recommend this...
