Wow this place is bad.

Upon walking in on a Tuesday around noon ( lunchtime ) there was not a single soul inside. That’s a bad sign already. But I continued since I was craving French onion soup.

Staff greeted me right away. Took my order and failed to tell me a few things before I ordered. Which is one Of the reasons it’s 1 star.

French onion soup. Not authentic at all. It’s hot water with a beef bouillon cube and some pepper. That’s how it tasted. Onions aren’t caramelized. Bread used was frozen croutons you’d usually defrost for a salad.

Roasted turkey sandwich on a croissant. It’s literally cold cut processed turkey that was heated up with butter in a pan. Tasted burnt and terrible. Secondly the cheese is suppose to be cheddar. They put American cheese on it. It tasted SO BAD. Lettuce and tomato was fresh that’s all I can say that’s good about it. Bread was decent.

I mentioned about the cheese and they didn’t offer to refund. They brought out instead shredded mild cheddar and another slice of American cheese asking if I wanted that? Wow.

The interior is very nice and the bathrooms are clean. This place HAS potential. But unfortunately I will not return due to these issues.

But how are their crepes? Guess I’ll never know because they’ve already lost...

We went in for breakfast last Saturday morning around 11:30 a.m. and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. As soon we went to place our order, and before we could even place the order or ask questions about the menu, we were met by resistance and were told that our order could take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour or more. No guarantee when we will get our food. We were told that repeatedly. They were working on a large order, and could not make our order. It seemed like they were short staffed and were refusing to help customers. Not sure how large the order was, or for who, there were hardly 3-4 customers in the restaurant, and all had received their orders. This experience was very unprofessional and rude. They did not want to help customers, period. We were just met by resistance and were basically told to leave because they could not handle any orders. Will never...

Used to love coming here until Friday night. I was excited to show my husband this place and came at 9:30, 30 minutes before closing time. When we were ordering, the Asian man at the counter said that we could only order to go since it was 30 minutes until closing. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to exerperience the seating and setting with my husband but it was okay. The thing that bothered us is that several people came in after us and he did not tell anyone else this. In fact, a couple that came after us sat inside and was served with glass plates and all, not to go containers like my husband and I, who ended up sitting outside. Not sure if it was something due to racism since I wear the hijab or if there was some sort of other reason. It honestly ruined the experience for me and I will not be...

Such a cute touch and oasis of Paris in an otherwise commonplace shopping plaza. Everything we ordered was good: dessert crepes with chocolate, to breakfast crepes and veggie crepes, cappuccino and iced mocha. I asked for to go just so we would already have the leftover containers, but ate at the restaurant itself. The art and bistro chairs truly give a sense of a French atmosphere, and the mama bear and baby bear sitting by the window was a cute and relaxed touch. It's also a bit jarring because you're surrounded by all this loveliness inside and then when you look outside the window you're looking out at a parking lot and a hardware store, but like I said, it's a nice little escape.

Customer service was great. The person who worked was a very kind spirit. Not chatty, but that’s okay. They did an awesome job with the food and drink itself. The cappuccino was done remarkably well… I can tell the person cares about the craft of coffee! I ordered the crepe with cinnamon, apples, and caramel and it was SOOOO GOOD (I think it’s called the Normandie Crepe). It had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The cream that went along with it paired smoothly with each bite! The decor and music makes the experience of dining-in so pleasant. I’d recommend this to my friends.
