Graziano's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I've been here before and like other user's reviews I agree with the comment that the usual cashier lady is very rude. When I asked her what the lunch special was she asked me to go out and read the board, but I went back because the food was good. Today I ordered their lunch special. Pizza with a salad. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SALAD! So I let the staff know that there was a hair in my salad and the cashier (there was a nice lady this time) asked me if I wanted another salad, but I just gave her back both the pizza and the salad and asked for my money back. She takes it to the back and then the cook (old dude with mustache) approaches me and tells me that he will give me back the money for the salad, but not the pizza. He told me the boss was checking the cameras and when I asked for the boss he told me he had called his boss. I knew he was just lying. He was very rude. He went back to the kitchen and told the cashier to give me back all my money. At this point it was not about the money, but the horrible experience from the hair and his attitude. They have lost a customer for not knowing how to handle the situation with kindness...

This is the 2nd time I have an extremely bad experience with Janet, the cashier. The 1st time I called and asked for the specials she replied in a very rudely manner "it's the same specials we've always had." This being the 1st time I ever order from them,i dont know their menu. Today I call and ask what the ETA is for pick up, she said "I dont know you have to order thru online" again I asked for the ETA for pick up not delivery, she replied "please hold" and hung up on me!!!! I called back and asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. When I asked to speak to corporate or owner she refused to give me information and again said please hold and hung up on me!!!! Anyone know information on owner so I can email or call to put in a complaint against her? This is not the 1st time and I'm sure it wont be the last. Sad because their food is great but with their customer service business will...

This is a Pizza Restaurant that I've had all my life and out of every pizza I've had nothing beats Graziano's Pizza in Mira Loma. The Pizza comes out perfect every time and pizza is always finished and ready for you on time. With their fresh ingredients and true pizza baking expertise this is some pizza you'll truly enjoy. The chefs are professional and the cashiers are always sweet and welcoming. Seems that they've made some well needed changes and now has the best staff so far, some of the very best, hardworking, and caring workers I have ever seen. The restaurant itself is very simple and has a "homie" feeling and makes you feel like its pizza best shared with family. Always clean and has a beautiful water display for the fish.
