Raising Cane’s Hits the Spot in Jurupa Valley!

I stopped into the brand-new Raising Cane’s at the Shops of Jurupa Valley (April, 2025), and I’m so glad I did! The chicken sandwich was delicious and the french fries were absolutely incredible—crispy, hot, and full of flavor.

The entire restaurant has a clean look with a great atmosphere. I loved the feel and energy of the place—bright, upbeat, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Isabella was amazing with customer service and so sweet. In the amount of times I have gone to canes at other locations have I ever received great customer service. She helped bring our order to the table and later on asked if we were okay/or needed anything. At the end of our meal she helped take the trash for us. Other than not receiving an extra cane sauce when I ordered it, I cannot make one complaint about raising Cane's. This place is absolutely delicious. I guess if you're only going to have one thing on your menu that you got to do it right, and they do it right! Like, fluffy, crunchy, crispy, moist and tender. And the sauce is amazing. I highly recommend getting the bread b o b s style with stands for butter on both sides....
