First off, they had a $6 meal promotion on the window that should be being advertised on the microphone when you first pull up to place your order. I mentioned at the pick up window when I arrived because I didn’t see it until I got up there and since it wasn’t advertised I wouldn’t have known. I frequent Arby’s very often in the daytime and rarely at night and now I see why. I placed an order for over $15. I paid for extra syrup in my strawberry lemonade… when I received my drink I didn’t think it had enough so I asked for more and AMBER said that she couldn’t do it because of inventory purposes. Mind you I told her I would pay for more than what I’ve already paid extra for, she said she couldn’t do that. How would that affect inventory if I’m paying for it? That’s like me paying for an extra ranch, it’s subtracted from inventory but it’s PAID FOR. She completely just kept arguing with me back and forth about how she couldn’t but didn’t have a valid reason. I asked for my refund in the end, so I hope she’s satisfied that she still in the end not only wasted food but still affected inventory negatively because she made food waste AND LOST MONEY & also a customer because I’ll never go to this Arby’s again! Get job replacing the old crew with the new careless people that don’t even have valid reasons behind something they’re trying to stand on lol...

Saw a cockroach wandering next to the menu but didn't care because I was hungry. I concluded that the speaker must be broken so I pulled up to the window to try to order there. The person behind me in line also waited awhile before leaving without being able to place their order. The man at the register window (the worker with the broken rotten teeth) told me that I had to go back around and order through the speaker. I told him that I waited for five minutes with no reaction to my multiple "Hello?"s He told me that it didn't matter and that he had told me to wait. Read moreI ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. They guy that took my order was very short with me. I Later realized he was the manager. I park and eat my sandwich and I put Arby's sauce on it and soon realized the bun tasted like mold. I went in to tell the guy. He said that I'm the first molded bun today! again he was being very short.i had eaten almost half before realizing it was bad. He held the sandwich trying to find mold. I told him go grab a bun and try it. He had an attitude. I said. What are you saying? Are you saying I'm lying? He said no but this is really unusual. Finally, he asked me what I wanted.
