Rude, disrespectful male general manager on staff on Sunday evening, 2/11/2024. I am a graduate student at a local college, and I make extra money from door dashing. I went in this past Sunday night to pick up an order for one of your customers. I went to the front desk, showed them my door dasher app, with the customer name, and said I am here to pick up an order for Vaughn. The staff informed me that the order had already been picked up by a gentleman, who had a "paper receipt" with the order on it. I informed them that door dashers do not use paper receipts, they only use the app on their phone. So obviously, someone who knows how your restaurant works, knows where you hang paper slips for the orders. I asked the front desk staff, what they wanted to do. Did they want to remake the order, or should I just unassign the order. The girl said no don't unassign the order, let me talk to my manager. Attempting to follow my door dash protocol, I either need to unassign the order if it not going to be remade, or get an ETA from the restaurant so I can advise the customer of any delays. By this time I had waited about 20 minutes when a general manager came out and barked at me, "Are you the one waiting for an order that has already been picked up?" I replied yes. He said, "I don't have time for this" and walked away. I spent 15 minutes driving over to Old Burdick's Bar and Grill, from Portage, had to find a parking spot in the neighborhood, then waited for 20 minutes for an order, just to have the general manager, devalue me as a human being, then walk away.
Your location obviously has theft happening, which I hope you are able to resolve, so that you do not continue to take your frustration out on the college students doing door dash trying to service your restaurant and customers. Likewise, if this location cannot handle doing door dash in addition to the regular volume of the restaurant, then please stop offering door dash services. Don't treat the drivers who are servicing you like dirt. The way that I was talked down to last night...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur waitress tonight her name was TEQA, she was very awful, i got there at 430 by 450 she took my drink order, at 510 i got my first drink, then my party of 5 arrived. She took orders from me and 5 other gentlemen and didn't write a single thing down, she then brought us our beers 25 min after ordering them each time, an hour later when our food came it was all wrong. My wings came in the wrong size and flavor, after telling her this her response was "I asked who ordered what" you could have wrote our orders down and probably nailed it but for whatever reason you did not... so then after another 35 minutes I got a second plate of wings, EXACTLY THE SAME FOOD, she got my order wrong again. By this time after sitting there for over 1 hr 30 min I just ate the wrong stuff, wrong size wrong flavor. Then after 45 more minutes of her being no where to be found and 6 men sitting there with bone dry glasses, (we didn't see her helping ANYONE so she clearly wasn't busy with other tables) she finally returns and says can i get you guys anything else?? Oh yea you can get our check so we can finally escape this frustration. She says OH I DIDNT KNOW well if you came back more than once an hour you would know we wanted our check, if it wasn't for someone in our party paying for our food I would have demanded to speak to a manager. Also the table next to us seemed to have another disaster with their other server. This place is a trap and they prey on the vacationers staying at the hotel upstairs just tipping anyone who has a pulse. Please stop tipping people who suck, I work hard for my money and ask that others also work at least a little bit for my money as well. I came here in 2018 and the place was amazing, tonight I brought 5 ended up 6 other soldiers here based on a past experience only to realize that the service her has gone completely...

The service is where my experience completely fell apart from start to finish (and it wasnāt that busy when we got there).
It started off with us waiting almost 10 minutes standing up front with no one acknowledging us to get seated (which, by itself is okay. It happens. But everything after that followed suit).
Our server served us our waters and then left us for about 30 minutes to figure out what we wanted to eat/drink. After running out of my water and pop, our server continually ignored our empty drinks (even after we had asked for a refill). I had to continually ask for refills when she checked in asking if everything was okay. She forgot the said drinks multiple times.
Our food eventually came out (and one of our friends food was forgotten for another 10 minutes and we had to say something), and the entire time we had our food, our drinks were empty.
We had asked for honey mustard sauce with our wings when we had ordered, but she forgot to bring it out. When she later brought it out, it fell off her platter and on the floor. This happens, and is no big deal. Except 15 minutes later, when our food was finished, she asked if I still wanted it. And I said it was alright.
Well, I stepped away for a second around the honey mustard sauce that was still all over the ground to use the restroom. My wife paid the bill without looking to see that she still charged us for the sauce that was all over the ground (and not cleaned up for the entire time we were there). We had to make sure not to step in it whenever we moved
