I had no idea Spirit of Kalamazoo did Ice Cream! We popped in and interviewed their friendly staff member for some social media content we were making with Kzoom and I had no idea how much was in there! It's should really be the starting point for all visitors to Kalamazoo, folks can get their delicious Plainwell Ice Cream and get introduced to all the local lore and special unique features and facts of our area! It was okay! The place was very nice but the service was not up to par my little one asked for a cup of water and they gave her a little cup but we asked for a refill after she ate her ice cream we bought there and before we left mind you this was tap water and the staff said they were only allowed to give us one cup. Ummm we were paying customers not bums from the street begging. We won’t be back ever.. get your rules straight paying customers should be allowed whatever amount of tap water they prefer get outta here....
