First come in and group of ladies standing in the corner chatting. One of the ladies finally sat me down. My “waitress” a joke of service. Asked what I would like. I ordered a soup and 3 egg veggie omlette with sausage. Meanwhile the time wait was horrible for not that many customers in there. There was about 4-5 ladies constantly standing in a group just talking. Instead of taking care of your customers. I had to ask her where my soup was. I already asked for it not to come out with my food. She says ooh well when they put it in the window I will grab it. Wthhh So she proceeds back in the group of girls talking in the circle. Finally all my food comes out. I said to her I asked for my soup not to come out with my food. She says I’m sorry. Food was shoved on a smaller plate. Wasn’t great. No sausage in my omelette. She never came once to ask if I needed anything. I had to ask for silverware. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is completely garbage. However, the customer service from one particular person needs a massive overhaul. We placed a doordash order and was missing an entire meal. I called the restaurant to reorder the food we were missing with the intent to pay for it and the owners sister treated me like I was a massive inconvenience and it was my fault that the driver didn't leave the food that we paid for. I went to the restaurant after being talked over on the phone to re order the food. Again, at the restaurant she continued to speak over me, was EXTREMELY rude and couldn't comprehend a simple request. I was not placing blame on anyone. I just wanted breakfast. Simple. But her ego got in the way of an otherwise great day. I don't wish any ill will on the business or its staff that continues to understand the importance of customer service, at all costs. I had a very disappointing experience at Butler’s Breakfast and Lunch. When we politely requested a different waitress due to hygiene concerns (she was scratching her head while handling food), we were met with nothing but negative responses from the staff. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, we were told to leave because they “didn’t want any problems.”
We then asked to speak with the manager, but rather than listening or offering a solution, they dismissed our concerns entirely. When we requested to speak with the owner, we were told the owner was also involved in the decision to ask us to leave. It was made clear that the owner would not take our concerns seriously either.
This type of customer service is completely unacceptable. A restaurant should prioritize cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction, yet this establishment chose to remove us instead of addressing a valid health concern.
