On 4/17/23, I had the last straw with this franchise. They are often bad at communicating, but due to convenience, they are our local Jimmy John's. I haven't ever really reviewed them because until now, it's just been average service. The food is good... When you get it. READ ON!
Today, I ordered 2 subs: one a giant (cut in half) and the other a regular sized sub. Expecting 3 sandwiches, I only received 2. When I called the store, I was greeted with a "hold" on the phone. When I advised of my issue, I was asked to hold again. I spoke to the manager there today, I wish I could recall her name, and she advised that she personally made my food, so there's no way anything would be missing. I asked if the delivery driver maybe dropped it. She advised that was also not the case. Now at am impasse, I asked her if she thought in the time it hit my door, if she thought it was reasonable that someone came down and took only one sandwich. She replied she would hope not and offered a credit for future use
I declined. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. I do not want to ever have to do service at this...

I had a deeply troubling experience at this Jimmy John’s location. After paying at the drive-thru, my credit card was taken inside the building instead of being processed in front of me. It took noticeably longer than normal for both my food and card to be returned.
Shortly after this visit, my card was used fraudulently for large purchases online. While I can’t say with absolute certainty that this location was the source, the timing and circumstances are highly suspicious.
This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious security risk for every customer who hands over a card here. Management and corporate need to take this situation very seriously, review surveillance, and address any potential misconduct immediately.

Whilst I was showering, my roommate grabbed my food unbeknownst to me and put it in the refrigerator. Before I messaged my roommate, who had just left for work, I called the store to make sure the order went through. Before I could call the store back to discuss the mistake, they had already sent a second order! I felt genuinely embarrassed and shocked as this was less than 15 minutes! After profusely apologizing to the delivery driver (who was very friendly), I felt it was only right to leave a 5-star review!
