What can I say I’ve never had a problem in the past but today will Insure I never order from there again ordered online after getting off from a long day at work around 9:56 pm with an estimated delivery time of 10:42 I called around this time because nobody had shown up yet and they said the order was out for delivery half an hour later our food finally arrived the delivery driver almost gave us the wrong order he had to go back to his car to get our correct order our food was ice cold after we tried to call for 30 minutes someone finally picked up the phone so I could complain about the service I recieved the lady who answered the phone told me that the food is microwaved so it’ll never be hot when it gets here , and then as I told her these weren’t excuses we just spend 30 dollars on two meals that we thought would be here much sooner she told me “if I could please speak now you are not the only people ordering food” she proceeded to hang up on me we have called back 5 or 6 times now and have been hung up on every single time I will be putting in a complaint to the better business bureau absolutely disgusting
