What can I say I’ve never had a problem in the past but today will Insure I never order from there again ordered online after getting off from a long day at work around 9:56 pm with an estimated delivery time of 10:42 I called around this time because nobody had shown up yet and they said the order was out for delivery half an hour later our food finally arrived the delivery driver almost gave us the wrong order he had to go back to his car to get our correct order our food was ice cold after we tried to call for 30 minutes someone finally picked up the phone so I could complain about the service I recieved the lady who answered the phone told me that the food is microwaved so it’ll never be hot when it gets here , and then as I told her these weren’t excuses we just spend 30 dollars on two meals that we thought would be here much sooner she told me “if I could please speak now you are not the only people ordering food” she proceeded to hang up on me we have called back 5 or 6 times now and have been hung up on every single time I will be putting in a complaint to the better business bureau...

We arrived in time for opening at 11. What we saw was nothing short of disgusting. The use the same bins to store their chips as they do trash, we explicitly saw them transfer chips to one bin and trash to that then empty bin. The worker doing this transfer of chips and trash, began bagging chips bare handed on the spot, never once washing hands or wearing gloves. We witnessed the same worker then drop those chip bags onto the floor, before picking them up and putting them directly onto the rest of the chips he was bagging for sale. The floors and tables were absolutely filthy as well, as we were the first customers in the morning, that means that they had been like so since closing the previous day. Lastly, and this is really just me being petty, but when I asked the waitress for more salsa to eat with the chips that we were given while watching all this take place, she ignored our request for a good ten minutes while she watched soaps on TV in plain sight. Do not go here if you appreciate your good health or an appetite going unspoiled, otherwise, not...

Everything is counter served, though there was a young lady bussing tables. Because there is counter service, the kitchen is basically on view at all times, which I like. Makes then have to be honest and clean if you can always see them working.

Staff was friendly.

I had the Chiles rellenos dinner. The sauce needed more character. The cheese as well. I prefer my chiles to be precooked before being stuffed, because if you don't they tend to have too much snap to them. But on the whole they were good. The rice was fine, the guac salad was good. Especially the guac.

The wife had three tacos, on wheat, Mexican style. Pork carnitas, al pastor, and chicken. I liked the al pastor best, the carnitas least, but I'm not big on pork. The wife thought the carnitas best.

The red sauce is spicy. We were warned and it was no joke. The green sauce is also spicy, not as much as red, and has a cucumber flavor to it.
