Taco Bell, maybe you should work more on your customer service. I went through the drive-through about an hour ago and ordered the $5 Box and some nachos. This is the second time I've ordered a $5 Box in the last month or so (the previous being the Battle Creek, Beckley Rd. location) and this happened both time, so it must be a "trained" action.
The young lady at the DT was very nice (I have no complaint about her, she was clearly doing as she was trained to do). However, there is neither a DT rule, nor does it save any real time to make the DT run faster, to hand out the $5 Box with the rest of order precariously balanced on top of the box. Both times I've almost dropped my order both times. The time you think you are saving, you are losing when you have to remake the order. Why don't you try handing out both items separately? You might even go further into making it easier for your CUSTOMERS to put items in the box in such as way (or at least the right size) to actually FIT in the box so that the box can actually close.

Cashier was very rude to the man, argued whether or not the drink was correct, then as the man left, she yelled to him about how he opened the door quickly. Read moreThis store is a scam. I went yesterday and ordered food for 4 around 12:20 am, they gave all the food in a single bag, which is fine. They missed to give food for one of us, which I identified right after I reached friend's home, which is a 15 mins drive. I called them up and asked for a refund of items they missed, I was told to drive back and either get refund or get the items missed. As it was late night, and we don't wanna get the rest of the food cold, I asked for refund over phone which she denied. I unforgettably them that I am driving back and chose to get missing food, drove back and asked for the food missed, I was told to come next day as they just closed right then.
