Made the mistake of reserving a time to pre-bowl a week in advance for Tuesday 12/10 at 6:30p on a night where 1/2 off bowling takes presidence over everything. The other multiple times we've pre-bowled on a Tuesday they weren't busy and assigned us 2 lanes and have never been told to avoid this night by staff due to overselling. Why set the expectation of having 2 lanes to pre-bowl if you're not willing to accommodate your league bowlers but COULD?
Multiple members of my team asked to go to 2 lanes (there were 2 open lanes right next to us and the lanes remained empty in the almost 3 hours we were there pre-bowling) because we were next to a family and their 5 children, 3 of them being very young (many many toy cars EVERYWHERE, got hit with a ball, stepped over CANDY on the floor to pre-bowl were among some of the obstacles we experienced). When asking their front counter staff if we could shift lanes to the empty lanes I was met with a very poor attitude and customer service by Braiden, a supervisor, for suggesting a solution. He talked down to me like I didn't have a reserved time or didn't have 2 open lanes next to us.
I recommend businesses local to the area to our visitors and I cannot say that I feel comfortable doing that after my experience with Braiden. Revel & roll and Continental are amazing other options to bowl in town if you're looking to avoid terrible service and rude counter people. The way the food and drinks arrive - there are no service standards. Why expect cheese on your cheese bread? Or for a drink to come measured or prepared correctly is rare here.

So, I’ve had a game card with this place for a few years. Didn’t know you could register the card until after this issue. I was around 19,500 tickets right before my wedding in May. I had been saving up for a signed jersey or something else that would catch my eye. After coming back from my honeymoon I find that my card has a zero balance. I let the employees know at the redemption counter and they took my information and said a manager will be in contact with me. They agreed that my story was truthful because the number on the back of my card was a few thousand under what their new cards show. A few weeks go by, no contact. I go back and they tell me the same thing, a manager will be in contact. Still nothing. My thought is that someone didn’t clear my card information and either an employee took my balance and transferred it to a different card or an employee gave my entire ticket balance to another patron. Either way, I’m very upset that all my time, money, and work was just thrown away. And that employees and management can’t follow through...
Read moreMy gf and I and spent an evening here, and it was a great time! We started at the Taproom bar with some drinks, and the bartender was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We ordered some food too, but our plans to head over to the escape room nearby required us to leave before the food was ready. The bartender courteously knocked it off the bill. We came back to the bar after the escape room, ordered some food, and the bartender gave us her 25% employee discount. Such an awesome person! After the bar, we went to the arcade for some games. They use the card system where you load money on a gaming card and then swipe to spend on games while acquiring points to spend on prizes. We opted for the unlimited games for 1 hour option. We played toooons of games in that hour and won a few of the "jackpots" on several of them. Unfortunately, not every game was available to the "unlimited gaming" option, so that was a downside. The other letdown was at the end of the hour, for whatever reason, our gaming card did not track any of the points we had acquired. Not sure if this was machine error or if the unlimited gaming option meant points would not be tracked. It's possible some fine print was missed on my part.
