Kalispell Kitchen — Restaurant in Kalispell

We eat here probably twice a month and I always order the same thing. The Matador breakfast. It was my favorite comfort breakfast always consistent and delicious. This morning I was beyond disappointed. They’ve changed the recipe to include some odd disintegrating mystery meat and the whole thing was full of this bright orange grease. The flavor was extremely off putting. My husband swapped plates with me but he didn’t make it very far into it before calling it quits either. He thought it might be ground turkey and taco seasoning but I’m not so sure. They’ve also stopped serving it with lettuce tomato and cheese on the side.
