Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kalispell

I would not even give a 1/2 star if I could get away with it. My bowling team decided to eat here last Saturday night. We arrived at 6:15, no one in store except a guy picking up a order and a guy waiting to order a carry out. We stood there waiting 10 minutes to be seated. We seated and gave our drink order. Tables were dirty with dirty dishes. Salad bar not full and salad brown. We waited another 30 minutes to get our drinks. still a no show. 2 more customers walk in, they get seated and got there drinks right away and they were able to order, which they got their good quickly. Still we are waiting for our drinks. Finally a teary eyed yound gal comes out and started to give us every excuse in the book as to why we were not served yet. Our server dropped our drinks and he was cleaning it up. They had been very busy and that is why. I sternly let her know that we have been waiting for over 30 minutes. She started to cry and said she will handle it. She disappears and 10 minutes later our waiter came out with drinks, stale and hot pop, no ice, no water no straws and the order was wrong. He sets them down and said he will be back with the water and straws. He comes back 10 minutes later and told us we had to leave because I made his girl cry. I asked if he was the manager and he said no he was not so I requested the manager. We sat there another 5 minutes and no show. 2 of my friends when up to the cashier to wait for the manager. some guy comes out with a cardboard name tag and listened to my friends and then said he will make note of that. I hate to leave a negative review, but I felt like this experience was definitely worth sharing. We arrived at the drive up carry out window and waited for several minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We saw several people walk by the window and walk away, but nobody came and talked to us. Thinking I ordered incorrectly and needed to go inside we drove to the front and came in to pick it up. At the front station we were asked about our order by a woman whose name badge read “Aunt TT”. She asked us to go to the carry out window and I responded “Oh okay, we sat there for a while and waited” she responded very rudely “yeah and I was just walking up to you when you drove away”. We sat at the indoor carry out window while a lovely woman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) helped us and said that they lost our order and they needed to remake it. No problem, we were in no hurry. Just thrown off by Tony’s attitude. (The name kitchen staff called Aunt TT) we patiently waited while they remade it. While standing at the window Tony slammed sauce cups and sodas on the counter next to my face and was extremely unprofessional in her attitude about us saying “why are THEY still sitting in the lobby?”. I understand they were probably busy with online order, but Aunt TT was very dramatic. They only had two tables filled in the restaurant and she was going on about the “four tables she needed to think about” in front of us. The rest of the staff were awesome, hopefully Tony was just having a bad day and treats her costumers nicer...

We ordered delivery on the 7th of July 2024. When our food got there two out of the three pizzas had little to no sauce on them and the ingredients looked so sparse. I called the restaurant and basically got bullied by the young man on the phone who was relaying what the manager was saying to me. He proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t resend the delivery properly made because they were really busy, I asked when a better time to call back would be about three times and he just repeatedly talked over me wasting more of his precious time. He asked me twice if I was going to yell at him. What’s wrong with this boy? If I was yelling , he would know it. He proceeded to tell me it was Fourth of July weekend and all of the other reasons that I was not going to get my order redelivered. He was very sarcastic and it was hard to keep my composure while talking to someone so disrespectful. To clarify also both pizzas were very thin, this was out of the norm and we have ordered many times from this Pizza Hut and not had an issue other than one time when our order didn’t get delivered at all. Not like I go and call every time I order either. I was really disappointed by this whole interaction and will not be ordering...
