8/15/2025 Update3: 1:20 Drive Thru - Received order, drove off. No French Fries! 3 Piece fish dinner. Fish under cooked. Coating falling off. Fish falling apart(frozen or not fresh). Coating Greasy and grease tasted like it had not been changed for quite awhile.
Went back for the fries. Went inside young guy looks at me (says nothing) I a ked if I may have the fries I paid for. Guy asks "what size?". I handed him the receipt. The older lady (Manager?) takes the receipt yells to the back. In a few minutes I get my fries. Back to the car. Room temperature potatoes. Yuk!
No We are sorry. Nothing. Lowering my review to a one... Last visit for us. UPDATE2: 11:15am $33.00 Meal. Ordered Chicken sandwich and 4 piece Cod dinner. Chicken okay. Fish was over cooked externally and very greasy tasting. When touched or cut the coating fell off revealing under cooked fish. I also got one small 1/2 full package of fries. Used to fill the empty space with fries. :-(
Sad to see this place go down hill like all the rest of the fast food places. No more 19+ mile drives for Culver's.
UPDATE:
Went back last Thursday. Line moved better. Food was mostly okay. Second time I have ordered shrimp and again they are fried until Very Dark Brown. Hard as a rock.
So Just don't order the shrimp! I guess... Bad experience today (unusual). I drive 19+- miles to eat here. Today the wait for food was very long. Several cars behind us got their food and drove off. Ordered two Mushroom Swiss baskets. Food finally arrives. Pull into parking space to eat. Wife's single comes just wrapped in a piece of paper. Which has a hole in it. Sauce leaks on pants. Opens wrapper, burger is 1/2 off the bun, the mushrooms are all off on the other side. She has to "rebuild" it herself. More mess. My double has cheese that is not melted and no kidding 6 pieces of mushroom on it?! For almost $19 I expect a much better experience. Very Disappointed. Will not be back...
Read moreI recently visited this Culver's and had an awful experience. I ordered onion rings in place of fries, of course, upon receiving my order at the table, there were fries. I thought to myself this was a simple mistake on their part and should be easy to fix. Boy was I ever wrong! An employee, who did not identify himself, but I assume was a supervisor, came to my table and wanted me to pay $1 for the onion ring upgrade. Wanted me to pay $1 for the mistake they made. His excuse was that it was an "honest mistake." I asked him if he really expected me to to pay for this mistake; he said yes. I couldn't believe it. I have a feeling that he discussed this with the girl who took my order before approaching my table. Naturally, she wouldn't tell him she made this error. They didn't hand out a receipt at all, so what could I do? The "supervisor" told me he couldn't make the exchange because I had already touched the fries. What? I set them aside while I thought this issue would be handled properly. I told him he could have the fries, just please give me what I ordered. As he held my fries in his hand, he told me it would still be a dollar for the rings. This guy was absolutely ridiculous- obviously has no experience with customer service. I took the fries back, although he was already holding them.
I had no choice but to call the corporate office. They sent me my coupon, but told me that the owner, Rich, had already handled the issue. Nope, that was a huge lie. He didn't reach out at all to try to fix this. They have some real winners working in this place. I have no idea why I was treated this way, but I know that I will never visit this location again and will forever tell my family/friends to find another place to dine. This is a real shame, because other Culver's locations have great customer service. This Culver's on Dale Earnhardt is a major disappointment. They saved their dollar, but lost a...
Read moreMe & Sis went to this place over Memorial Day weekend... OMG, they did not disappoint, we both had the cornbeef Reuben (no sauerkraut, thousand island sauce) on mine, added onion & mustard, Sis got everything minus sauerkraut .. these sandwiches reminded me of home Deli sandwiches in NY.... Oh it was so fresh & delicious, was not fond of the fries, Sis got onion rings, those were delish, would get onion rings in my next combo. We said we would get ice- cream b4 we went home since we had errands to run. A day later went to get ice-cream, 4 pints for $12, I got Georgia peach, it was delish, creamy, fresh, so many peaches thru out. Got strawberry cheesecake for my Son, he absolutely loved it, he wants more. Got red raspberry, this one is sssssoooo good, the quality of their ice cream is extraordinary, I will never buy ice cream from supermarkets again. The final one bought was the butter pecan, of all this was my fav.. I thought I was in heaven, it was so buttery with pecans and the consistency and taste is to die for.. I can see myself gaining weight from their ice cream, it is just that good. They do have other flavors you should explore, these were my 1st 4. So highly recommended, Reuben...
