Wendy's — Restaurant in Kannapolis

I frequent this Wendy's fairly regularly and while the food is good and most of the service is as well, the young lady, named Bri that takes your order at the drive-thru is HORRIBLE! She speaks to customers hateful and condescending without cause.

Just greeting her and giving her the order she has a terrible attitude. I had hoped it was just with me but once at the window to pick up my order I heard her doing it repeatedly with every customer.

I wish I could chock this up to her simply having a bad day and say this was a one time experience. But it happens everytime I go and she's the one taking orders and working the window.

Any other time I have pleasant service by the other staff members. The young man that handed my food today was kind and respectful. I felt bad for him because it seemed liks he was walking on eggshells to avoid her wrath.

I hope they find a more suitable position for Bri because interacting with customers is NOT IT! I don't need to be spoken down to or treated terribly just to give someone my business. There are two other locations that are nearly as close and I'll have to look at going to one of them if she's allowed to keep treating patrons this way.

It's completely uncalled for.

Neither I or the others behind me spoke to her in an unkind manner, she just behaves in a vile manner without prompting. Sad really. Hope they fix it soon because I like this...

The person taking orders around 2:40pm on 10/01/22 is extremely rude. We had a question about a menu item and she acted like we were complete idiots and was very hateful, if you don't want to help someone then put a description on the menu or dont work in a customer service business. This isn't the first time the staff has been rude at this location. The food is normally decent but the rude employees destroy this places reputation. We will take our business to the newer wendys a little further from our house.

Came back here on 7/13/24 and they still suck! Got a chicken wrap and was $10 for 5 little pieces of chicken the size of a fry. I get this at other locations and is delicious, I guess it's just this location! See photo

Came back here again on 12/01/2024 and once again the chicken at this place is inedible, see photo of burnt nasty chicken which was on my salad! Literally the salad has lettuce, cheese, and chicken and yall suck at the easiest thing to do! Where do we call to get this place shut down? Can't believe they haven't given someone food poisoning YET! The people are still rude and once again they do not give receipts which is crazy!!!

Can this place not get a decent manager or what's the deal?

Wendys corporate needs to do better!! I will be calling in the morning...

I was greeted at the front counter by Dwayne Oliver, I didn't know what I wanted and he knee the menu by heart and asked what I liked and got me to eat something I havent tried there before. Which is a feat I usually don't eat but the few same things at places. But Mr. Oliver was really helpful and super nice we talked and joked around which I really needed at that time because I was going through a difficult time at the moment and I really appreciated his attitude most people a t like they hate their job or even talk gossip about the company they work for when they're in a bad mood, I've seen it all. But that gentleman was completely different seemed like he loved doing what he did, so I figured he deserved a good review!!! And the food was great dont get me wrong food was superb! But the service I got from that guy was top notch! This is the first time I've ever mentioned a person by name in a review, but that guys deserves a raise and I hope that his manager or even corporate see's my review and at least gives him...
