Stopped to pickup up dessert as we traveled through. Bought 5 desserts. All were lukewarm at best except the ice cream which was probably the only edible item purchased. The two apple pies in addition to being tepid in temperature were also mushy and undercooked and broken in pieces. The chocolate pie was way too soft to be a mousse style pie, just short of runny texture. The ciniminis were 4 little dough balls. Gummy, inedible dough balls. $8 spent and the 50 cent cup of ice cream was the only item consumable. The floor was dangerously wet, slippery and gritty from a recent attempt at mopping. The clerks were definitely goofing off. I rarely stop at Burger King because we keep encountering poor quality and poor service and thought we would give it another try, because maybe the dessert would be a redeeming option. It is not. I ordered two Whopper only sandwiches with bacon and cheese (which it would have been nice to be told deal 2 for $6 would be more reasonable!) And no bun...put mayo on the side. We didn't get any condiments, the bacon was refrigerator cold and sandwiches luke warm or less!! When I brought food back to counter said do u want me to nuke or remake fresh!! I made an order on the Burger King app. The young crew didn't read the print out correctly and my order was made wrong and ideas were missing. Called the store they tried to talk me I had to call Door dash even though I ordered it through the Burger King app. I asked for their franchise owners email and phone number they were unwilling, but I finally got it. I called and left a message last week and still no response. I messaged the franchises parent company Burger King international and the were helpful listened and gave me credit for the franchise owners lack of responsibility on my Burger King app account.
