Hello,
I am very irritated with the service I received today. I am a pregnant woman who is working full time and shouldn’t be standing for long periods of time and also watching my grandmother. I got off of work at 4 and need to be at my home by 5 when her caretaker leaves. I made my order for pick up @4:30 closest to my home about 5 min away without any traffic. However I showed up running behind around 4:32 expecting my order to be ready at said time and walked in to a chipotle that was almost completely empty of customers. I asked about my order and the women behind the counter who had my ticket hadn’t started working on it. She washed her hands for about 4 min which is a good thing however she took her time getting prepped to start my order. Around 4:38 she finally started on my order. All the while taking her time while she gossiped with her co worker. There were many employees around and all just stood around chatting. Another customer who was a walk-in came in and out while I waited for my order. All the while me not being approached by anyone to ask if I needed anything being pregnant and in a hurry. This should never happen especially with a restaurant full of employees. This is the worst expierence I’ve ever had. Chipotle is one of my favorites however this is unacceptable, I barely made it home on time for the caretaker to be released in a timely manner. Please have this take care of. If I could give no...
Read moreThis chipotle is a joke. We went in around 6PM there were 6-7 people working that I saw. Two of them were on the line making the food, one on register, the rest were looking around, looking like they were lost to the left hand side of the line. The line workers were CLEARLY struggling to keep up. As I went through they said they were out of brown rice, black beans, chicken, & veggies. Okay, fair enough. I did without. I can understand especially since I came so late. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that as I continued down the line another worker brought out the product the previous worker said they were completely out of. As I get to the next worker I had asked for no beans, I got beans... I asked for drained light pico, before I could even finish that request he has already gave me super juicy regular pico. I asked for guac to the side, he had already slapped in on my burrito. I also had to reiterate 5 times what bowl & burrito was mine at the register. THEN they gave my corn salsa & queso to the person in front of me..... I had to reorder that. When I asked them for another set due to the last customer getting mine they huffed, puffed & roller their eyes.
Regarding the store cleanliness? Gross. Juice is alll over the soda bar, napkins were everywhere, & there was not any cutlery.
This place is & will always be a mess unless management trains properly. I will never go to this...
Read moreThey forgot the most important thing of my order, the rice. The thing that brings it all together, the reason I started eating Chipotle. The thing that brings me joy. The reason I am alive. Rice is the most beautiful side dish to exist in this world. I was so excited to receive my order with my mouth watering for the beautiful rice. I had a nasty feeling before thinking, "I feel like they're going to miss my rice for some reason." I was starving; I got paid today from work. I was so excited to see that I got money to get some Chipotle. Excited to open the bag, I peek in and notice the most atrocious, horrible, vile thing happened to me; I noticed that there was, in fact, no rice. It was the driest meal of my life. But that wasn't the only disappointment; the 2nd most important thing was also missing—sour cream. It felt like a double blow. I felt like crying. I was thinking "I can't wait to eat this food, finish rewatching Mean Girls and be happy." Additionally, the girls working in the front had terrible attitudes and stank faces; they were on their phones, making the experience even worse. So, in fact, I give this place 1 star, the best I could do. So please, give me rice and sour...
