Edited: one star to three star will update further upon revisit… The manager reached out to me and I feel confident it won’t be a repeat when i try Hardee’s at this location again which is awesome we like the food here but the bad experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We will be trying Hardee’s here again and we hope it is a nicer experience! Thanks to management for hearing the complaint and taking action you earned a second chance in my book. Thanks for the actual response and caring about what your customers think we eat there quite often and were glad you cared and had taken steps to fix the issues it shows that you cared about your establishment and your customers of that establishment!
Original: Went through the drive through at 425pm today on the first… the guy on the mic was highly upset and rude as can be right off the start he was being lazy and didn’t want to make a chicken sandwich when they closed in 35 mins so he walked from the mic and a new guy come on and took our order we got home 12 mins later and the frisco burger had so much mayo slopped on it its hardly edible unless i remove the bulk of what appears to be a half jar of mayo and so what ever but the chicken sandwich is disgusting looking and the chicken is very obviously old as its warm not hot like the Frisco and its hard and rubbery… ya we go here all the time… wont anymore the kid working that answered the drive through initially with “whud dya want” dtarted it off and im sure gave me a crusty old sandwhich after to make it my issue that his lazy ass didnt want to do his job kid...
Read moreThe place is disgusting. And the appearance of each employee is low, they all look like they need a lesson on personal hygiene. Nobody wants dirty people making their food. I couldn’t tell who was the manager when I walked in. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, everything was cold. I took my food back inside the manager Jacob was the rudest individual i’ve ever came across. Since when was it a problem to bring your food back and get what you paid for, especially if all the food was old? He argued the fires were still warm, and i didn’t need fresh fries he would make a new burger is all. Dude comes across as if he hates his job, if he is unhappy please find a new job. Because you shouldn’t be a manager IF someone asks if you could remake food & it’s a problem. Someone asking to have new food made, after showing you it’s old and you get mad? Read moreAfter waiing in the drive thru for approximately 25 mins I finally received my food, quickly checked the bag to see if it was correct proceeded home. Once at home which is less then a 5 min drive I pulled out the food to find that everything was cold. Fries were stale and cold, almost inedible. Not to mention they completely forgot to put in the honey mustard that was specofically requested 3 times. The sandwich as well was on a luke warm side. They ended up putting pickles on the sandwich instead of onions. Overall, after a long days work this was thoroughly displeasing. I proceeded to call the restraunt to explain my dissatisfaction. The so called manager started bringing up excuses instead of apologizing for the mishaps. Nor did he remotely try to solve my frustration or even offer a refund.
