I’m very disappointed in this McDonalds. My experience that I have had at this McDonalds the last two times I have been have not been great. I decided to use my McDonald’s app because I had over 7,000 points. I decided to use it for a happy meal for my son that was 6,000 points. It took them forever to take my order then when they did take my order I got to the window and they told me I had to pay some money for the happy meal. If u know about the app the meal I ordered should have been completely free. But when I made it to the window to get my food. I was being told I had to pay since the happy meal prices went up. What I couldn’t understand is how am I paying anything when it’s supposed to be free. After going back and forth with the manager I just told her I wasn’t paying anything and that she can upload my points back on my McDonalds app and I would just go to another McDonalds because obviously they trying to get over on me. I decided to go to another McDonald’s and the manger at the Claycomo McDonald’s Dani took care of me. He listened to my concerns cause I was extremely angry and he went over and beyond to have me leave happy. The manager in Claycomo expressed customers being happy is what McDonalds goals are. I will definitely recommend McDonalds in Claycomo. The second incident I had with this same McDonald’s on Choteau was I went there on a lunch break and after paying for my food they told me I had to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. They totally forgot they had me pull up to wait on my order, mind u I have to go back to work. So after waiting and watching a few cars I decided to ask one of the associates where is my order? the lady told me she was very sorry they had me waiting and that she would have them make my order and because they forgot I was sitting there the lady gave me three cookies for there mistake. Since moving to the area in October of 2017, I have not yet to receive one meal made to the specifications of my order as printed on the receipt.
Even after experiencing issues with this location, I opted to continue to come because the night manager was fair an understanding.
My routine soon would become, me with receipt in hand. Along with whatever oder that was incorrectly thrown together. I would wait for the meal to be remade, an make small chat with the employees.
After one to many of these extra trips, I decided it was best to make a call to the corporate complaint line, since all suggestions and complaints feel on deaf ears with the management of the location. There had been no progress with employees work ethics, which was a shame.
The customer service from there became even worse if it’s even possible to imagine.
If having a rude employees isn’t enough, you will run into condescending, disrespectful, confrontational, an arrogant employees here!
Where the customer is ALWAYS WRONG!
If you want your oder wrong, old an cold. Don’t mind being spoken to with disrespect, dealing with employees holding on to your debit cards refusing to give them back. Threatening to call the police on you when defending yourself then this is the place for you.
If you expect your oder to be correct DON’T come to this location. It’ll only end in you being refused to come back.
The management on the corporate level don’t care either, even after insulting their under management an their store employees by saying they know their horrendous, they still care only about the bottom line! The bottom dollar,
If you return food, or ask for a refund then they are losing out on their money, that’s why they rather refuse service then fix their faults. Sad but true.
