Nearly every time I come here, there's a totally different staff, and 9 times out of 10, the wait here is longer than what they initially project. This was was no different. I gladly waited outside for my order a few minutes more than I was told when I had called it in. The cashier, who I believe was the same woman who took my call, was very courteous both times I dealt with her. My issue was with the young man who was making the pizzas. When I went back in to pick up my pizza, I overheard him saying to another employee that HE was the manager and that that employee should relay that to customers (evidently there was an irate customer who either called or came in before me and they had to deal with that issue). He was working on another order as I waited for him to finish it so he could acknowledge me. It never happened. He proceeded to work on another order when I decided to get his attention. He responded as if I was bothering him, he handed me my pizza with an attitude, and I left. If you're working a customer service job, there's no need for this type of response; if you're being rushed with orders, then you should still be able to be pleasant; and if you're a manager, this is not the way to represent your company. I don't know if he is a manager, like I said, I overheard his conversation and it was at the very end, but he should be the FIRST to acknowledge any customer! Anything less is unacceptable. I hope he realizes his mistake, and handles his next customer with a little more...
Read moreLet's see where do I begin? First off I ordered online ahead of me getting there to save on time. I was early so i went to target across the parking lot. Came across the street at the time it should have been done. Upon arriving there was one lady ahead of me whom they helped immediately. Me, not so much. I told the man my order and he told me they hadn't even started it yet. Which was irritating but not upsetting seeing how i chose to pay in store. I can understand them not wanting to waste product in case i didn't show. By this time the store is empty. I'm the only person there with two workers. My order wasn't complicated even for a child. Just two pizzas and a salad. I should've been out in 5-10 mins tops but no i was in there for 30-45 before my order was finished. It took so long i had to ask what was going on. The guy instructed me he needed to put toppings on my salad. Mind you I was the only customer in there for about 10-15 mins. Like seriously how long does it take to throw some toppings on a pizza and salad ESPECIALLY ONE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO COOK!! The other pizza chains can why can't papa Murphy's? Included are pictures of my salad. They just threw the trash pieces in there...
Read moreI'm super upset. I come into this store me and my grandmother twice a week and get exactly the same thing. Since the week this store opened. Now ever since the newer girl with blonde hair and glasses has been there whenever she is on shift she always has a grumpy attitude. I've worked in customer service my whole life and when I look in the face and nicely ask you for another mini crust for this kid pizza I expect you to say yes man let me go get you one. Not the response I received. She told me no this is how they all come. No I see them twice a week no they aren't. She replied yes they do you have to stretch them out. Well duh I buy it that often I know what to do with it. I replied of coarse but when I stretch it it will be way to thin I want another one. She proceeded to tell me she will do it for me. I didn't need not want you to it's upsetting me. I want another. She did anyways then handed me a pizza with a terrible attitude And said...there....no this is wrong. I live less than two minutes away and will drive to the Gladstone store from now on. Thank you for ruining the store because you have the worst customer service when she is...
