Starbucks — Restaurant in Kansas City

This Is A (DTO) #DriveThruOnly Starbucks! & Its Also A Mobile Order(MO's) SB's. They Have A Little Window on the front/Parking lot side to pick up you MO's & there is. 4 parking spaces for MO's to park at. This SB's is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, Super Fast. & They Always Have atleast 7-10 Barista's.(which ive noticed from the amount of Baristas cars I see Parked outside) & Not A Lot Of Ppl Know About it, That's a Plus for us. & there's Never really a Ton of ppl backed up in the DriveThru Line!! (Which Is Always A G00d Thing!!). Kinda Hidden Behind The Phillips 66 & Bank. & Behind Mc.D's, Which is on other side. Also, This SB's Is In The Same Spot Long Johns/A&W Used to reside! Came through drive-through to get coffee for my wife and I. We went through and they forgot to put soy milk in my wife’s like we asked. We left and were driving and my wife realized they forgot to put in the soy. We went back and the drive through line was completely full. My wife got out and knocked on the service window and the two ladies and man in there working completely ignored us and would not acknowledge my wife. We ended up having to get in the long line again just to get a little soy. When we got to the window the ladies were rude and said they could not put soy in it cause they can’t take the drink from us. So they had to make a new coffee for my wife just so they could put some soy in it. They were very rude and were enjoying making everything...

My partner and I are staying in town and chose this location because it has a drive thru! We noticed from other reviews and saw upon arrival that this store is a new location. The building and the layout looks amazing.

The service here and the drinks provided were delicious. We ordered a chai and frappuccino. I’m giving 4 stars because I ordered a caramel brulee frappuccino and I think my drink may have been started as a pumpkin based frappuccino and then finished as caramel brulee. Other than the slight mix up—which happens, it’s okay—it was a great experience. The service was on point, the drive thru was efficient, and our pup loved his cup! Thank you! We will be back to this location if we’re back in...
