Unfortunately when you leave a review you have to leave at least one star, this place does not deserve a start at all. Just beware that these workers and the store manager are fishy and will still your car number. We called last night with a brand new debit card a brand new account that had just been opened and this was our very fiefipurchafir and they asked us for our first and last name and our address and the whole card number plus the zip code. This was at 6:09 on 1/21 at 7:27 our card was then used to make another purchase down the road at the pizza hut off of weshiemer road as well and they were dumb enough to order for a delivery and gave a name and address to an apartment and a phone number. Then they used the card for Nintendo online for $109 and again at Walmart online or $471. The manager of this store told me he is the one who took my order and that all the information requested was necessary and that he has calls like this all the time we're people's cards are used again and then he kept assuring me that there was no way one of his employees would ever do such a thing. 🤔 The fraud department confirmed all the times and like I said above this store was our very first purchase ever with the card and then tje person who copied the number and our name and address became shopper happy using our card. The Harris county sheriff's department is sending a deputy out to the pizza hut store to meet us this evening and the lizza hut manager will be hanging them a print out of the order with the apartment address and phone number. Unfortunately they can't give is the address or phone number for safety reasons. But they did tell us the used only the name "Ally" hut w andwad a guy who called and that they called earlier that day and placed an order but the card they used was declined and then at 7:27 they called back with my card and when the pizza was delivered they left an $8 tip on the card as well. I just contacted Domino's headquarters and they said this store is got one owner and he owns 2 stores and they are contacting him as we speak to inform him of what had happened. I wanted to write a review so other's would know don't order from here and be very cautious ordering from any ace for that matter. According to the nankall they need to purchase your pizza your card number , they don't even need a zip code. I hope the officers can do something for us tonight and maybe even go to the apartment and...
Read moreI pulled up to this location to order food for carry out at 10pm, not knowing that their carry out closes at 9pm daily! Upon coming the door was locked so I got back in my car and proceeded with just calling in my order for delivery. I sat in my car and WATCHED through the glass window two employees looking at the phone just ring! They clearly didn’t answer my call! So I hung up and called back, this time they picked up the employee who took my order was not practicing ACTIVE listening and was asking me to repeat my order MULTIPLE times and was also unfamiliar with the specials of the place! Then when it was time for me to pay I had to repeat my card number 3 times! I asked him “are you even listening to what I’m saying” he says “ yes I am we have a new phone system and it is really hard to hear”! Just EXCUSES! That’s not something you make up and tell customers I can careless! So he gets frustrated and puts the phone down and says someone come take her order I can’t deal with this, a guy comes to the line and finish getting my card number. He was the manager who was also rude, I asked for corporate number they proceeded with saying “1800-dominos” like give the digits! He proceeded with going back and forth with me when I raised complaint about their rude employee. I asked for the employee name and he says “ I can’t give that to you due to hippa laws” I never heard that before! All the years I worked in customer service. I will be calling corporate and letting them know how RUDE/Disrespectful of an experience I had! I will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreHorrible experience. Pizza was delivered to wrong address and when we called instead of having excellent customer service, the manager tells me to walk and get it from the other houses doorstep, basically trespassing on others property and risking getting shot by someone for being on their property. It was in the news that a boy was shot in the head for ringing the wrong door bell while trying to pick up his sibling from the babysitter. Ants and bugs could have gotten in the pizza then so are suppose to eat the ants too. Just remake the pizza and resend great customer service doesn’t cost that much. If he thought someone was frauding him and trying to get 2 pizzas he could just have his drive bring and new one and pick up the old one from the doorstep. Never using them again….horrible. The manager is suppose to solidify and smooth things over…not this manager. Shoot he will go to head to head with you. You can see that you never see any response to reviews from the manager goes to show what type of...
