Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Katy

Ordered 2- 2 Toppings Pizzas.

Pizza 1- Pepperoni and half Bacon. Bacon was burnt and they skimped on the bacon.

Pizza 2- Half Extra cheese and half Chicken. (Sorry about the blurry pic). They really skimped on the chicken. Barely any topping.

When I arrived, my order was ready. I was handed my pizzas however I happened to check them before leaving and they were both just cheese pizzas. My order was wrong. No biggie at this point but they didn't seem all too busy for a basic mix up.

They then gave me the correct order and I checked them as well.

Opened them up and noticed the discrepancy.

I wasn't really satisfied but don't want them to do the order all over again. So I politely asked for a very small portion of chicken and bacon on the side. Just enough to so that at least there's at least a couple of pieces on the half that's supposed to have some.

I was willing to pay extra if they had offered it as a solution even though we technically had already paid for the toppings.

The girl at the counter told me no and that because one one pizza I had extra cheese as a topping.

That didn't make sense at all.

I looked at her with confusion as if she just heard herself.

She had a little spunk in her remark. Just a tad bit that seemed rude. I don't think she realized her tone.

Out of frustration, I just stated, nevermind and walked off.

Got home and my wife asked. Why did you get a full cheese pizza.

I politely laughed and said, I didn't, it supposed to be half cheese and half chicken.

She was also surprised on they skimped on the burnt bacon and chicken.

My son comes out of his room about the same time and opens up the pizza box with confusion... "I thought you were going to get chicken for me on one of the pizzas."

Didn't pass my test.

Didn't pass my wife's.

Didn't pass my 11 yr old either.

First time ordering at this store and the very last time I will be doing that ! I placed an order for 3 items, 3 items got delivered but none were the items I ordered! Called to let the store know, the apologized and ask if I still wanted my food. I stated yes and I was told they were so busy so I would have to wait for an additional hour to get my food delivered since they cannot skip the order of orders. I asked why I have to wait since I had placed my order earlier and the error was their mistake not mine. The manager ( Devin) I believe told me there’s nothing he can do about that non Chaka toy and that they were busy and could not skip orders. What was being advertised apparently is false. I never had this experience with the other location with the previous store on old katy and always had a pleasant experience but this has definitely scarred me. It was more of the lack of customer service and not feeling remorseful from the manager that annoyed me. Worst experience ever!!! Update: got a call from customer service due to the review. They refunded my money and gave me a credit on my account. I told them it wasn’t about the money but the manager of the new store needs to be trained to de escalate the situation not...

The way the employees lie at this restaurant and lack of basic custimer service skills is pathetic. I ordered a pizza at 12AM and received 1 call from the delivery person at 12:40 ready to deliver the food. I tried to call the delivery person numerous times to meet him but he did not answer my call! I called the store and the guy told me the delivery person called me several times and that he couldn't get through the gate. I told him I received 1 phone call and that there was nothing they could do, that if I wanted the pizza, I would have to go get it myself. Really? And so now I'm paying a delivery fee to pick up my own pizza because their delivery person lied saying he called me several times? And now the guy I'm speaking to at the store tells me hes going to believe his driver instead of me because he works with him???? Apparently they are life long friends for him to know his drivers real intentions and what he's thinking 24/7 right???? Very very poor service. Won't be ordering from this...
