Potbelly — Restaurant in Katy

I usually go there to grab sandwiches, today there was this new lady, who has no idea how to greet customers. Looked like she just had a break up and either she didn't want to be there or she didn't want me there. there was no hello, no welcome to potbelly, no how's your day, and no what can I get you. After I gave the order she messed up on one of them so she has to redo it anyway, which is when I changed the sandwich, in reply to that she rolled her eyes on me, at the end there was no thank you either, instead after giving me my credit card back she just walked away, I had to put my sandwiches in the bag myself. I told the other cashier that if I ever come back here and she is there I will just walk out, she knows who I am. CHANGED MY RATING! Truly wish I could give 0 stars to this place. I should have read the recent reviews before eating here! First and foremost, the person sweeping/cleaning should NOT be also making the sandwiches. There was maybe 5 employees working but one cleaning made the sandwich??? Maybe keep one person who is not cleaning to be handling the customers and making the sandwiches only. Then when I get the sandwich it was AWFUL and the worst sandwich I have ever got from potbelly. They barely put any meat or toppings… I’m talking maybe 1 slice of turkey? Maybe 2? The row of meat I’m used to seeing was not there let’s just say that… yet the guy adding the toppings didn’t hesitate to add an UNCANNY amount of mayo.
