Had the worse experience today, this was the worse experience I have ever had in the food industry. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I got my order and my burger was wrong, so I handed it to the girl in window to be remade and was told to pull up, which I waited another 8-9 minutes, got my burger and it was wrong for the second time. The girl took it back in and came out with another one and said this one is correct, I watched them make it myself, I opened it up and it was wrong for the third time, so at this point I just asked for my money back, so they attempted to only refund me for the burger, I told them that they needed to give me a full refund for my meal, since it was their fault that they had messed up 3 TIMES on making my burger and incorrect all 3 times, so then a manager came outside and asked for my fries and coke back, which at this point was 1/2 gone anyways with me having to sit and wait so long for their attempts to make my order correctly, she then took my coke and fries inside and came out with my change but tried to cheat me out of a dollar of my money back, which I told her she had shorted me. She finally brought me the other dollar after I had to yell at her that she cheated me and I wanted my dollar back. Read moreA place to go if you want to feel dehumanized and completely disregarded as a human being.. and I am a dasher for DoorDash and I have given this McDonald’s location plenty of chances before writing this review but every single time I go in there to pick an order up for a customer, which if I may add I’m on a time crunch and orders are expected to be picked up at certain times.. the faster I get a delivery done on time the better chances I make more money per hour.. every minute counts..
But no, they decide to ignore me and even look PAST me like I’m some sort of ghost Almost like giving me eye contact means they then HAVE to ask “how can I help you ?” Which they obviously just don’t feel like doing. Even when an order I have is sitting directly in front of my face out of reach and they continue to walk by and pretend I’m not there. I never even write reviews let alone take time to write a bad one but I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service they have at this location ! I’ll DoorDash in seagoville area then at least they’re more attentive over there !

Read moreWorst service I have ever had! First we drove up to the drive thru and watched as 4 cars that came after us have their orders taken on the outer lane. Some of them were cars that were behind us who backed up and changed lanes. When we heard the 5th start giving their order we drove out of line and went in to order. When we went in we told a manager about it and they apologized, said they would check headsets and just walked away from us. We tried to place the order from the kiosk but 3 of the 4 were not working so we got in line. We ordered our food and waited. When the same manager came to bring us our large order she dropped it all over the floor. She picked up the large bag of food and went back behind the counter and 5 minutes later she came back with our food. When we checked our order we seen that our 2 orders of 40 pc. nuggets was spilled out in the bottom of the bag. I went to the District Manager to complain and she said “I heard about the drive thru and I know she dropped your food but she replaced it all” When I told the District Manager about the nuggets being spilled out she said sorry and walked away from me leaving me just standing there for several minutes so we left.
