Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kaukauna

On my way to work today, I decided to stop and get a JJ's sub for work tonight. Some a hole in a silver Malibu was driving like a maniac through town doing well over 45 in a 25 and cutting people off. To my surprise, he pulled into Jimmy John's just ahead of me. Turns out he's one of the drivers. I pulled up to the microphone stand to place an order and nothing happened. I backed up and pulled in again to trip their sensor and was met with the same result. I straightened my vehicle out and tried one last time to get someone to acknowledge that I was at the speaker stand but to no avail. I called out several times asking if anyone was available and heard no response. I pulled around to the drive-thru window and looked inside to see one employee at the far side of the kitchen mopping the floor while another was in the dining area feeding a baby with a bottle. I'm not sure if they were closed completely because of lack of staff or what but it was a little after 4:00 p.m. and there was obviously no one there to take orders. I left unsatisfied- the first time I've had such an experience at Jimmy John's and hopefully the last. I will give them another shot to redeem themselves but certainly, this was a far less than...

I'm going to recant my statement concerning this particular store. I liked coming here in the past the young lady that took my order was professional and pleasant. However upon going there today 4/13/2022 to enjoy a jj sandwich, I walked in to some loud mouth lady just yelling at this poor employee even another kid said to keep it down because of customers in the store and she said and I quote "I don't care" I'm looking at the others that are working and you could feel the embarrassment and humiliation. This woman was banging her hand on stuff and also setting what I assume to be trays down rather hard. Who is this person? Is she the one that runs this store? Talk about toxic. I've never ever seen such un professional behavior. That poor young lady was in tears. Even the customers sitting at the tables were uncomfortable. This lady had no courtesy and would appear that she needs anger management. My only regret is not telling this woman off. I mean seriously who does that in front of customers? Toxic. I hope this...

We've gotten delivery to our address (which is a whopping 2 miles up the road 🙄) from them at least 10 times since we've lived here. It's never ever been an issue. Then today I called to place my order, paid, and even pre-tipped the driver only to get a call back from the manager saying they can't deliver to us. When I told her that can't be right because we JUST got delivery less than 4 days ago here and have gotten food delivered many times before that, she said it must've been someone new or someone with door dash (which is incorrect, we've only ever ordered through them) and then proceeded to tell me that it would take too long to get here (again, 2 miles away) and that corporate would somehow make their delivery radius smaller for delivering to us. I'm not sure how that makes any sense and you'd think if you successfully deliver to people, corporate would be happy with that....it's a shame because we've pretty much ordered from them on a weekly or biweekly basis since moving here but...
