Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Kaysville

Disgusting! I like to reserve one star reviews for special places and this is one of them. The restaurant is absolutely gross inside. My daughter and I went today and decided to dine inside, wow what an eye opener. We were greeted by a worker being dropped off by their parent that appeared to be late for their shift, they flew into the parking spot next to us that my daughter had her door open and almost ripped the door off and hit her! The worker walks into the store, says nothing. Then we're greeted with sticky floors, like EPIC sticky floors everywhere. We order our food and fill our drinks at a fountain that probably hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, splatters up the walls, floors, and handles. Walk through the dining room, can't find a clean table, totally gross. Food and crumbs on every table. Go to the play room find ONE table that's not too dirty and put our drinks down. Then my daughter went to the play area and said it was TOO DIRTY TO PLAY! There's food and dirt in the play area and in the equipment. At that point we decided to leave. What kid decides to leave the play area because it's too dirty? I went to the counter and asked to have our meals made to go and told the cashier "it was too dirty to eat here." She literally says, "Oh no problem I'll make that to go," and didn't address the dirty restaurant comment at all! After she gave us the food I politely asked her in front of the manager if they were aware of how filthy the restaurant was and she tells me, "we clean it occasionally throughout the day." I tell them both the floors and entire store is so filthy I'm leaving, it's too gross to eat here, the manager said he would go mop the floor in a minute but seemed not at all concerned at the level of filth his restaurant was in. Looking behind the counter the state of affairs did not seem much better. I'm highly considering contacting the county health department regarding this issue, this restaurant was beyond unsanitary. I would avoid this place for the time being until they clean up their act, major...

Honestly if I could give this store negative review I would. Food was mediocre. The staff on board are nothing but rude. The new boss (didn't catch her name) has no personality. She has no idea how to run this store or how to treat her staff and customers right. I do have to say that some of the employees are amazing. A girl with long hair and very pretty nails helpped me a while back. Then a cook/management I think her name is Evie shes amazing and so helpful. This store has gone to hell. The old boss Brittney, she was amazing and she was sadly demoted when she was in the hospital. This happened because the store wasn't where it should be. Ive been going to this location for years and the best years were when Brittney was in charge. After she left everything changed for the worse. Corporate needs to fix this location and fix this company. I am very displeased and sad to see this location...

they don't serve the bucket of fries anymore bummmner. Back in the day you'd grab your sweet heart to take her on a nights adventures grab you both a bucket of fries to share and head out for one romantic setting of the nights sky. Above the rim spoke out loud with plenty of treats blended smoothly with the ice cream topped with a heavy scoop of candy or whipped cream Cookie and a cherry or lime. depending up on what shake it was and toppers ohh they where the best we used to go to just for a sample of a topper but i never see anyone get those anymore and i know it's pretty hard to get that delicious candy coat to stick to the ice cream but boy the Arctic got skills . only really one issue for the price i spent on my taco salad that came with very little meat made it toward i won't go back to this location. should be loaded with fresh veggies if any but it wasn't so most definitely needs...
