David's Pizza — Restaurant in Kaysville

Terrible customer service. Employee didn't 'hear' the order correctly and messed it up. He also didn't know that their breads came in different sizes (I had to tell him and then he had to confirm with another employee that it was true). I called the store once I found out that I received the wrong order to see what we could do to fix it. I first spoke with an employee who had ZERO idea of anything they could do to help me and was told to speak to someone else. I spoke with "David" (who I hope wasn't the owner and it was just a coincidence) and he told me he could make another order and I could pay for it but he couldn't refund my last order even though we didn't eat any of it. I told him I did not want to deal with it if that was the case since I spent money on something I wasn't going to eat and hung up. I would say if you order on the phone, make sure you speak VERY slow and VERY loud just to make sure your order is correct (No guarantees). Better yet, just go next door to Big Daddy's or Dominoes or hell, even Little Caesars, at least they know how to help the...

I called in for delivery but called back immediately to cancel to say I’d pick it up. I had to place a whole new order for the pick up order because it was on special for half the price. Unfortunately, the first order wasn’t canceled when I called in. When it came time to pick up the pizzas, a delivery guy showed up with our first order of pizzas and due to their error, they only charged us for the pick up specials that I’d ordered. So I only paid for the 3 pizzas and they gave me all 6 in order to make it right. They went above and beyond what many would’ve done to “make it right”. They were so understanding and respectful. A wonderful experience, despite the error.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Friday around 5pm. Chicken garlic and the ultimate 8. Crust was not cooked, greasy and chicken was dry. Couldn't find the garlic sauce. I'm pretty sure they forgot to put any on. Ultimate 8 had most of the toppings just thrown on the one side. Again, crust not even close to being cooked and the pizza just falls apart when you tried to pick it up. Couldn't get a menu. They don't give those out anymore? What the heck is that about? Cheese bread tasted like it was dipped in Salt. This used to be our go to Pizza place. Never again!! Dave what is going on? Cashier has no customer service skills at all. So disappointing.
