Ordered online. Received 3 sandwiches that we ordered. 1 #9 had lettuce and onions only NO MEAT. My #8 had very little meat and no toppings and no additional toppings asked for. Other #9 ordered Xtra cheese and meats and received very little meat with no added meats, cheeses or other toppings requested. When called the store it sounded like a party. People giggling, laughing and didn't say anything until almost 50 seconds after picking up phone. Stated that 2 people called out and they were chuck full of orders. He asked if I could pick up another, I stated just out of hospital that's why I ordered for delivery. He stated couldn't deliver another for a long time because they were so busy. I asked to be refunded the 1 sandwich and he stated they don't do that and that all transactions have to be done the same day, so if I didn't pick up my sandwich today nothing else could be done. I have pictures and my phone records all calls so I have evidence. Do better Jimmy Johns. This is your 4th strike in 3 months. I haven't called about the previous issues as I'm not that way, but this one pushed me over the edge. Hope you all have a better experience with them. NEVER going back or ordering again.
UPDATE: Did get a new sandwich with meat, just not the extra cheese and additional toppings requested. Got a reprint of the original receipt and it's states all the extras but still didn't receive. At least I got another sandwich with meats. Guess that's all I can ask for. Can't get extras paid for, but I will take...
Read moreAT First I was excited to see a drive through option at a Jimmy John's. But I think maybe it's a trade off that id prefer they didn't do. Or maybe JJ's just do not make quality sandwiches anymore.
To much bread. Honestly about 70% is just extra and to much bread. Over toasted hard. Or just not toasted and all bread.
Few ingredients make up the actual food you will be eating and most of the time its not put together in a way that any of it can stay inside The sandwich. More often than not. The ingredients are siding and slipping out due to have the tomatoes and that is our put in. The meat is heavily skipped on nowadays. I'm not sure exactly why, but ordering a chicken bacon ranch should have more than just a few pieces of chicken within it. And you would suspect having actual bacon, but it seems it's just small bits of it within the sauce that they put in of the ranch.
Gives you a feeling that you're being heavily taken advantage of or just two of these sandwiches will leave you from Costco about 19 bucks.
Even my own personal low quality sandwiches can out match these things and I could make at least 4 or 5 at the cost of $19.
There really is just no reason for me to come back here or want to eat at...

And if we had to be reeeeeallly honest, I would say our order is accurate maybe only like half of the time. Things are forgotten, ingredients or items. Not sure what to ask of Zach, as management/owners suggested. But it’s frustrating to do online orders, which have everything written out, then stuff is missed. My wife also had a bad experience the other day where she was treated as lowest priority when she did an online order. Not a good look during a pandemic, guys. People are trying to socially distance or order ahead. Those who try to do this for you should probably be acknowledged and taken care of.
