Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. Horrible experience all around. Walked in and stood at the door waiting to be seated. Stood there for several minutes and no one acknowledged us. After maybe 5 minutes, hubs and me were looking for a seat to seat ourselves(we’d never been here and there were no signs, so we assumed it was seat yourself) and an old blonde lady appears at this point, I say… do we seat ourselves? She says no, and walks on. I’m assuming she’s coming right back to seat us. Nope, we continued to be ignored and nothing was said to us. At this point, we should have just spared ourselves and left. After waiting another 5 min or so, we were finally seated by someone else. No greeting, no nothing. Once seated our server brought menus. Menu selections sounded wonderful and we were hungry. We ordered our food, and waited a good 40 min for our appetizer and 5 min later, our pizza came. Pizza was barely warm and not good. We had no napkins, no utensils and our server didn’t think to bring them or check on us. We were almost done eating when she brought napkins and still no silverware. Bathrooms had no tp in dispenser and no paper towels. At every turn the service was horrible. The old blonde ladies attitude was even worse(and we were told she was the mgr… yikes) What’s sad is this could prob be a good restaurant, but the staff truly needs to be overhauled, expanded and trained. If you read reviews, this has been an ongoing problem for the last 3 plus years. Management is definitely lacking and will run this place into the ground if changes aren’t made. Bottom line, poor management, poor customer service and food is very much lacking....

First Time visit after hearing good things from friends & family in surrounding towns. Ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 specialty drinks, 1 dessert. Every single thing tasted AMAZING. Our server Jake went above & beyond with very knowledgeable & attentive service. Asked his opinion on several menu items before ordering, & his input & patience were perfect. It is evident that he takes pride in the restaurant he works for, I was given the impression that he was probably related to the owners by the amount of knowledge he had about everything. But no, he is just That good! The ambiance, the speed of service, the attention given, & most importantly- the TASTE of the amazing food made my night. I will be recommending Giambalvo's (and Jake!) to any & everyone, and already cannot wait to come back. Additional Notes: Plenty of parking on site. Very clean & nice smelling restrooms. Great sports viewing on bar side. Good quality to-go containers. I sat in a comfortable booth. One Suggestion: The women's toilet had a bit of a wobble, nothing a simple tightening up can't handle I'm sure! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DREARY WINTER NIGHT SO WARM & PLEASANT! We...

My family of 7 (including two kids under 4), went here at 5:15 on a Friday night, 10/1/22 to avoid the crowds. There were 4 other families there beside us. We had to ask repeatedly for napkins and silverware. We noticed everyone else was sitting around with no food and looking irritated. No one came out to refill our glasses. We waited almost an hour and a half before asking about our order (simple sandwiches and pasta dishes). Immediately three servers brought all our food out. It had been sitting back there for quite awhile: oil and cream in oasta had separated and everything was cold. We got our food at 6:40. At the same time this woman walked in and started making comments our way that they had rented the place from 6:30 on and we needed to leave. She kept glaring at us while we were eating. Many of the tables around us were filled with dirty dishes from customers who had left over an hour ago. They could have been helping clean those off instead of being so rude to us. Our bill came to over $100, no alcohol. Having just moved our daughter to the area, we were hoping to frequently visit this restaurant. That will not be the case. Very...

First time visit, not bad...not my favorite pizza establishment. Overall restaurant & restrooms were clean, and our server was nice. My husband and I ordered 2 beverages, 2 small ceasar salads, Garlic Cheese Bread, and a 14" Bad Bulldog Pizza. Overall ticket price was $38 not including gratuity. All the food had a great appearance, the cheese bread was hard and we had to use a knife to cut it...we weren't that fond of it. The pizza crust was paper thin and loaded with toppings...crust was a bit thin for our liking, and didn't seem to have very much pizza marinara sauce. It was good, but we were hungry. The only thing that we were irritated with was, the food seemed to arrive in less than 5 min of each dish we ordered...so we had food allover the table with little room to maneuver (could have been bcuz they weren't busy). We will revisit to try other entrees. Overall we had a good experience at this establishment.

The server here was really nice but I had the Chicken Parm and it was really bad. I've had some of the best Italian and worst Food in New England and compared to this place which calls itself Italian, it is plain American and is worse than anything I've had before at a non chain restaurant. The noodles are awfully tough and weren't home made. The sauce is just seasoned tomato paste and tastes awful. The chicken is full of hard chewy fat and tastes like rubber. If you've never had real Italian food you'd never know the difference but I cannot recommend this to people from the East Coast. I cannot say for the other foods here other than the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwhich was good.

Got to-go food from here tonight and it was definitely sub-par. Ordered the bow tie “spicy” pasta, side of basil pasta salad and a meatball sub with all three different meatballs. pasta salad was sour, had no flavor except being sour/gone bad, and was entirely inedible. Meatball sub had 1 good meatball- jalapeño. The other 2 meatballs- mamas and cheese, you couldn’t tell the difference. Outside was chewy leather and inside was uncooked. Spicy bow tie pasta was edible but tasted like an easy freezer meal. Hoping the dine in experience is better.
